Penelitian ini beranjak dari hasil analisis kebutuhan setelah melakukan wawancara dengan kader Posbindu bahwa, belum memiliki acuan dalam melakukan pendampingan spiritual lansia. Selama ini pendampingan spiritual terbatas pada pengajian rutin yang dilaksanakan satu kali dalam seminggu. Tujuan pembuatan modul yaitu sebagai pedoman dalam melaksanakan layanan pendampingan spiritual bagi kader di Posbindu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode research and development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE, melalui tahap analysis, design, and development. Modul pendampingan spiritual lansia setelah dilakukan expert judgment untuk sistematika modul oleh akademisi dalam pembuatan modul sangat layak digunakan dengan revisi. Hasil penelitian tentang materi spiritual pada modul pendampingan spiritual, setelah dilakukan expert judgment oleh akademisi dan praktisi ilmu pendidikan agama sesuai dengan ajaran Islam dan sangat layak digunakan dengan revisi. Konten pendampingan spiritual lansia setelah dilakukan expert judgment oleh akademisi pendampingan dan pelayanan spiritual lansia lansia bahwa modul dalam kategori layak digunakan. Modul yang telah dibuat secara kesuluruhan berada pada kategori sangat layak digunakan, sebagai pedoman dalam melakukan layanan pendampingan spiritual lansia untuk kader. Rekomendasi ditujukan kepada kader Posbindu hendaknya dengan sungguh-sungguh mempelajari modul sehingga, dapat mengimplementasikannya. Bagi pemerintah mendukung, memberikan dana untuk memperbanyak modul, dan sosialisasi modul disamping untuk insentif bagi kader. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya, dapat mengimplementasikan modul pendampingan spiritual lansia bagi kader Posbindu. ..... This study comes from the result of needs analysis after having an interview with the cadres of Posbindu that they do not have a reference in accompanying the spiritual of elderly. All this time, spiritual assistance limited on regular recitation which is done once a week. The aim of making the module is it becomes a reference on implementing spiritual assistance program for the cadres in Posbindu. This study employed research and development (R&D) method by using ADDIE model, through analysis, design, and development stages. Elderly spiritual assistance module, after it was implemented expert judgment for module systematics by academics in module compiling, it is very worthy to use with revision. The result of the study about spiritual material on spiritual assistance module, after it was implemented expert judgment by academics and practitioners in the Science of Religious Education, it is appropriate with Islamic precepts and very worthy to use with revision. The material content of spiritual assistance module for elderly spiritual, after it was implemented expert judgment by academics assistant and elderly services, the module is on category of worthy to use. Overall, the module that have been made is on category of very worthy to use as a reference on implementing spiritual assistance program for the cadres. The recommendation is addressed to the cadres in Posbindu, so that they could learn the module wholeheartedly and could implement it. For the government who support this, providing funds for multiplying the module, and socialization the module for proper incentive for the cadres. For the further researchers, could conduct a research and implement the spiritual assistance module for elderly spiritual for the cadres of Posbindu.
