Permasalahan yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Korespondensi. Salah satu yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa adalah faktor internal terdiri dari jasmani, psikologi dan kelelahan serta faktor eksternal terdiri dari keluarga, sekolah dan masyarakat. Sumber belajar termasuk ke dalam faktor eksternal pada ranah fasilitas sekolah. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengkaji dua variabel yaitu sumber belajar dan hasil belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran tingkat efektivitas pemanfaatan sumber belajar dan tingkat hasil belajar siswa, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas pemanfaatan sumber belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode survei eksplanatori. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner dengan model Skala Likert. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah 61 siswa Kelas X Jurusan Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMKN 1 Bandung Semester Genap Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. Uji Hipotesis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan Uji F dan analisis koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa persepsi siswa tentang efektivitas pemanfaatan sumber belajar berada pada kategori cukup efektif, sedangkan hasil belajar siswa berada pada kategori tinggi. Dari hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas pemanfaatan sumber belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa.----------The problem covered in this study is the low learning outcomes in Correspondence Subject. One influences learning outcomes is internal factors consisting of physical, psychological and fatigue and external factors consisting of family, school and society. Learning resources are included in external factors in the realm of school facilities. Therefore, this study examines two variables, namely Learning Resources and Student Learning Achievement. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the level of effectiveness of utilization learning resources and the level of learning outcomes, and to determine the influence of effectiveness of utilization learning resources on learning outcomes. This study uses the expalatory survey method. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with a Likert Scale model. The unit of analysis in this study was 61 of students of Class X Department of Automation and Office Management in SMK 1 Bandung Even Semester Academic Year 2018/2019. Hypothesis testing using is simple linear regression with test F and determination coefficient analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that students' perceptions of effectiveness of utilization learning resources is quite effective, while learning outcomes was in the high category. From the results of hypothesis testing shows that effectiveness of utilization learning resource has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes.
