Variabel-variabel yang diuji adalah pengungkapan pelaporan sosial dan lingkungan sebagai variabel bebas dan harga saham sebagai variabel terikat. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan data sekunder untuk variabel bebas berupa laporan tahunan yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), dan untuk variabel terikat juga menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan harga saham pertahun yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non probability dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah "Terdapat pengaruh positif antara pengungkapan pelaporan sosial dan lingkungan terhadap harga saham". Hipotesis ini diuji dengan menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh hasil bahwa (1) rata-rata tingkat pengungkapan pelaporan sosial dan lingkungan sudah baik, (2) harga saham dari tahun ke tahun secara umum mengalami kenaikan dan penurunan, (3) Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengungkapan pelaporan social dan linkungan terhadap perubahan harga saham. Kata kunci: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Harga Saham This study aims to (1) determine the social and environmental reporting disclosures on corporate Telecommunications at IDX, (2) reveal the company's share price on the Stock Exchange Telecommunications, (3) determine how much influence social and environmental reporting disclosures to the stock price. The variables were tested for the disclosure of social and environmental reporting as an independent variable and the stock price as the dependent variable. In this study, researchers used secondary data for variables such as annual reports obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), and for the dependent variable also uses secondary data from annual reports of stock prices obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The method used in this research is descriptive method. The sampling technique used was a non-probability sample using saturated. The hypothesis of this study is "There is a positive influence on the social and environmental reporting disclosures to the stock price." This hypothesis was tested using simple regression analysis, while the coefficient of determination is used to determine how much influence it. From the results of hypothesis testing result that (1) the average rate of disclosure of social and environmental reporting has been good, (2) stock price from year to year in general has increased and decreased, (3) the disclosure of social and environmental reporting has an influence on the price shares to the value of the coefficient of determination of 85.0%, which means 85.0% stock price is affected by the disclosure of social and environmental reporting and the remaining 15.0% is influenced by other factors that were not studied by the researchers. |
