| Summary: | Tugas akhir ini membahas tentang pembuatan komponen sleeve dan poros ulir penggerak. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses, waktu dan biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk pembuatan komponen sleeve dan poros ulir penggerak. Dalam proses pembuatan sleeve dan poros penggerak material yang digunakan adalah St37 dan perunggu (Bronze). Proses pembuatan komponen sleeve dan poros ulir penggerak ini melalui :1) proses pembubutan, 2) proses pengfraisan.Waktu pembuatan komponen sleeve dan poros ulir penggerak secara teoritis adalah 3,52 jam sedangkan total waktu kerja real adalah 8,1 jam. Total biaya pembuatan komponen sleeve dan poros ulir penggerak secara teoritis adalah Rp.260.899,00. Sedangkan total biaya real adalah Rp.655.948,00. This final project was made to determine the process, time and cost required to Manufacture component of screw axis activator and sleeve on tailstock in sinway lathe. In the process of making sleeves and drive shaft the material needed is St37 and Bronze. The process of making sleeve and shaft component through this : 1) abduction process, 2) frais process.time of manufacture sleeve and shaft component theoretically is 3,52 hours at the same time work real is 8,1 hours. the total cost of making the componentscrew axis activator and sleeve theoretically is Rp.260.899,00.
