Summary:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan metode konfensional perusahaan dengan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dalam efisiensi biaya total bahan baku di North Wood Coffee & Eatery. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimental. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yaitu data jumlah kebutuhan dan pembelian bahan baku pada periode bulan Oktober hingga bulan Desember 2017 dan data primer yaitu data frekuensi pemesanan, biaya pemesanan dan biaya penyimpanan dari manajemen North Wood Coffee & Eatery. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dan uji efisiensi biaya persediaan total. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) memberikan hasil efisiensi biaya persediaan total bahan baku sebesar 80,24% untuk bahan baku groceries dan 90,48% untuk bahan baku perishable. Bila semua pencatatan terkait pembuatan metode EOQ tersedia dengan lengkap metode EOQ dapat diterapkan secara lancar. Dengan begitu aplikasi metode EOQ dapat diterapkan di North Wood Coffee & Eatery;---This research is aimed to find the comparison of conventional method and Economic Order Quality (EOQ) on related to the company efficiency cost in North Wood Coffee & Eatery. Experimental design was chosen as a method in this research. The primary and secondary data were used as a data analysis. The need and the cost of raw material of the company in range of October until December 2017 were taken as the secondary data while the frequency of order, order cost and saving cost were taken as the primary data. The Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and the efficiency cost of total stockpile were used also as the tools of the analysis. The result shows that the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method has given a significant result on the efficiency cost of the total raw material stockpile in 80,24% for groceries and 90,48 % for perishable. In sum, if the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) is fully thoroughgoing record, the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) could be applied in a correct way. The Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) is effectively applied in order to increase the efficiency cost in North Wood Coffee & Eatery.
