Penelitianinidilatarbelakaniolehpermasalahanbanyaknyagenerasimuda yang kurangberminatdanmeninggalkannilai-nilailuhurkebudayaan, sehinggamengakibatkanstagnasidarikebudayaantersebut. Masalah yang dikajidalampenelitianiniyaitutransformasikebudayaangandanglasuangsebagaicivic culture, yang bertujuanuntukmendapatkaninformasimengenai; Nilai-nilaikearifanlokal, peranmasyarakatdanpemerintahAspek-aspeksosio-budayadankendalapadakebudayaangandanglasuang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, metode etnografi. Berbagaiteknikpengumpulan data yang digunakandalammenghimpundata yang di butuhkanyaitu; observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan teknik partisipan. Adapuninformandalampenelitianiniteridiridarimasyarakat. camat, kepalabagiankebudayaandinaspariwisata, kepaladinaspariwisatadankepalabagianantraksidinaspariwisata.Hasilpenelitianmengungkapkanbahwa, nilai-nilaikearifanlokal; nilaigotongroyong, nilaipedulilingkungan, nilaitolongmenolong, nilaicintadamai, nilaipersaudaraandannilaiketuhanandanpedulisosial. Peranmasyarakattetapmelaksanakankebudayaangandanglasuang, peranpemerintahmemberikanbantuansaranadanprasaranadanmemberikanpelatihan. Aspeksosio-budaya yang terkandungdalamkebudayaangandanglasuangyaitu; Alamtakambangjadi guru. Bulekaiadekpambuluah, bulekkatodekmufakaik, bulekbarudigolekkan, tipihbarudilayangkan. Tagaksamotinggi, duduaksamorandah. Lamakdekawakkatujudekurang. Bajanjangkanaikbatanggoturun.Kendala yang dihadapidalamkebudayaangandanglasuangyaitu; kurangnyaminatgenerasimuda, saranadanprasarana yang kurangmemadai. ------------------------------------------------- This research is motivated by the problem of the many young people who are less interested and leave the noble values of culture, resulting in stagnation of the culture. The problem studied in this study is the cultural transformation of gandanglasuang as a civic culture, which aims to obtain information about; The values of local wisdom, the role of the community and government The socio-cultural aspects and constraints on gandanglasuang culture. This study uses a qualitative approach, ethnographic methods. Various data collection techniques used in collecting the data needed are; observation, interviews, documentation studies, and participant techniques. The informants in this study consist of the community. Head of sub-district, head of tourism service culture, head of tourism agency and head of the tourism contraction department. The results of the study revealed that the values of local wisdom; the value of mutual cooperation, the value of caring for the environment, the value of help, the value of peace, the value of brotherhood and the value of divinity and social care. The role of the community continues to implement the gandanglasuang culture, the role of the government in providing assistance in facilities and infrastructure and providing training. The socio-cultural aspects contained in gandanglasuang culture are; Nature develops as a teacher. Round water because bamboo, round the word because of consensus, a new round is violated, new tricks are put forward. Standing tall, sitting at the same level. Good in ourselves is liked by others. Tiered up and down. Constraints faced in gandanglasuang culture are; lack of interest of the younger generation, inadequate facilities and infrastructure.
