Sebagai salah tujuan wisata, kebutuhan akan jasa akomodasi di Kota Bandung terus meningkat dari waktu- ke-waktu. Persaingan yang semakin tinggi dalam industri perhotelan membuat pengelola harus memiliki faktor pembeda dari pesaing lainnya. Salah satu diantaranya untuk meningkatkan kesan yang baik kepada tamu adalah elemenelemen atmosfer lobi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh elemen-elemen atmosfer lobi terhadap kesan tamu upscale hotel di Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling dan di dapat sebanyak 200 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Metode regresi berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS for Mac 23. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa elemen gaya arsitektur, warna, furniture, dan aroma berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kesan tamu di lobi hotel, sedangkan tiga elemen lainnya tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi tambahan referensi di industri perhotelan dan dapat dijadikan sebagai rujukan untuk penelitian selanjutnya. ;---As one of the tourist destinations, the needs for accommodation services in Bandung City continues to increase from time to time. Increasing competition in the hospitality industry demands managers to be creative and have different selling factors from competitors. One of the most significant factor to boost customer's good impression is the atmospheric elements of the lobby. The purpose of this research was to analyze the effects of lobby's atmospheric elements to customer impression of upscale hotels in Bandung City. The research method used in this study is quantitative descriptive. The sampling technique utilizing the convenience sampling for 200 respondents. The data analysis technique utilized Multiple Regression Method with the help of SPSS for Mac 23. The results of this research indicate that the elements of architectural style, colour, furniture, and scent significantly influence the guest impression in the hotel lobbies, while the other three elements have less significant effect. Hopefully, this research can be used as an additional reference in the hospitality industry and as a reference for future research.
