Summary:Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan Trainer Kit Quality Control (TKQC) pada kompetensi kelistrikan sepeda motor, dan diperoleh kelayakan TKQC berdasarkan pendapat pakar, guru dan siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) responden uji coba 1 (skala kecil) siswa berjumlah 18 dan guru otomotif berjumlah 4 orang, responden uji coba 2 (skala besar) siswa berjumlah 36 dan guru otomotif berjumlah 7 orang. Instrumen pengumpulan data dengan angket, hasil pengujian skala kecil dan besar digunakan untuk merevisi TKQC. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa TKQC dikembangkan sesuai dengan kompetensi dasar kelistrikan sepeda motor, diproduksi dengan biaya murah, sederhana, fleksibel, praktis berdasarkan tanggapan praktisi rata-rata 81,06% atau baik dan tanggapan pakar menunjukkan rata-rata 82,39% atau masuk pada kualifikasi baik. Kelayakan TKQC berdasarkan tanggapan guru dilihat dari karakteristik TKQC yang dihasilkan yaitu visible, interesting, simple, useful, accurate menunjukkan rata-rata 94,70% atau sangat baik Kelayakan TKQC berdasarkan tanggapan siswa menunjukkan rata-rata 93,36% masuk pada kualifikasi sangat baik. ;---This study aims to produce Trainer Kit Quality Control (TKQC) on motorcycle electrical competencies, and obtained the feasibility of TKQC based on the opinions of experts, teachers and students. The method of research uses research and development (Research and Development) respondents test 1 (small scale) students amounted to 18 and automotive teachers amounted to 4 people, respondents tested 2 (large-scale) 36 students and 7 automotive teachers. Data collection instruments with questionnaires, the results of small and large scale testing were used to revise TKQC. The results showed that TKQC was developed in accordance with the basic competencies of motorcycle electrical, produced at a low cost, simple, flexible, practical based on practitioner responses on average 81.06% or good and expert responses showed an average of 82.39% or entered good qualifications. The feasibility of TKQC based on the teacher's responses seen from the characteristics of the TKQC produced is visible, interesting, simple, useful, accurate showing an average of 94.70% or very good. Feasibility of TKQC based on students' responses shows an average of 93.36% in excellent qualifications .
