Siswa yang berasaldarikeluarga yang disfungsionalmemiliki rasa percayadiri yang kurang, pemurung, penyendiri, memilikipenilaian yang negatifterhadapdirinyahinggamemilikimotivasibelajar yang kurang.Keluargadisfungsionalditandaidengansalahsatuciriyaituperceraian orang tua.Perceraianmemilikidampak yang kurangbaikterhadapperkembangankepribadiananak.Tujuanpenelitianadalahdiperolehgambaranumummotivasiberprestasi yang dimilikipesertadidikberlatarbelakangkeluargadisfungsionaldandihasilkan program bimbinganbelajaruntukmengembangkanmotivasiberprestasipesertadidikkelas VII dan VIII SMP LaboratoriumPercontohan UPI Bandung.Penelitianmenggunakanpendekatankuantitatifdenganmetodedeskriptif.Hasilmenunjukkan: (1) gambaranumummotivasiberprestasipadapesertadidikkelas VII dan VIII yang berlarbelakangkeluargadisfungsional di LaboratoriumPercontohan UPI Bandung beradapadakategorirendah; dan (2) implikasigambaranumummotivasiberprestasipesertadidikbagibimbingandankonselingdisusundalambentuk program bimbinganbelajaruntukmengembangkanmotivasiberprestasisiswa yang berlatarbelakangkeluargadisfungsional di SMP LaboratoriumPercontohan UPI Bandung;---Achievement motivation is a very important thing that must be have by students in the learning process at school, motivation came from two factors; internal factors that can grow from the students and external factors from the surrounding environment like parents and family. Students who come from dysfunctional families have less self-confidence, moody, lonely, have negative statistics on self those who have less learning. Dysfunctional families marked by one characteristic namely parental divorce. Divorce has a bad factor on children's personality development. The purpose of this study is to obtaine general description about achievement motivation who owned by students with dysfuctional family background and produce learning guidance program to develop motivation for participants in class seventh and eight in SMP LaboratoriumPercontohan UPI Bandung. The research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The results show: (1) general descriptions of achievement motivationstudents' class seventh and eight dysfunctional family background in the SMP LaboratoriumPercontohan UPI Bandung in the low category; and (2) implication general description of achievement motivation students for guidance and counseling arraged in form of tutoring programs to develop achievement motivation students who have dysfuctional family background in SMP LaboratoriumPercontohan UPI Bandung.
