Summary:ABSTRAK IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PELATIHAN KEPEMIMPINAN KEPELAYANAN BERBASIS ON THE JOB SKILL (Studi Implementasi Model Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah pada Sekolah Dasar Katolik di Kota Bandung) Oleh Marinu Waruwu Kepala sekolah memiliki peran utama dalam meningkatkan mutu sekolah. Kenyataanya bahwa pengembangan kepala sekolah belum terprogram dengan baik, kurang kreasi dan inovasi. Implementasi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah masih rendah. Pelatihan masih bersifat teoritis dan tidak berkaitan dengan peningkatan mutu kepemimpinan. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah (1) merumuskan kebutuhan model pelatihan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah; (2) mengimplementasikan model kepemimpinan kepelayanan menjadi modul pelatihan dengan pendekatan on the job skill; (3) mengetahui keefektifan modul pelatihan kepemimpinan kepelayanan berbasis on the job skill yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Addie yang meliputi: analisis kebutuhan, desain model, pengembangan model, implementasi dan evaluasi. Tahap analisis kebutuhan meliputi studi literatur dan observasi lapangan. Tahap desain model meliputi pemetaan keahlian, merumuskan tujuan dan langkah-langkah. Tahap pengembangan meliputi pengembangan bahan ajar, proses dan instrumen. Tahap implementasi dan evaluasi meliputi uji coba lapangan, dan evaluasi model. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pelatihan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepala sekolah. (2) validasi modul mendapatkan nilai kategori baik. Ahli materi memberikan nilai sebesar 83,2 %, dengan kategori layak, ahli media sebesar 82,0 % dengan kategori layak dan peserta sebesar 87,2 %, kategori sangat layak. (3) hasil post test menunjukkan kenaikan signifikan dari hasil pretest dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata 79. Perolehan postest meningkatdari nilai pretest sebelumnya sebesar 62. (4) hasil uji coba produk melalui on the job learning diperoleh nilai rata-rata dengan skor sebesar 4,06, (4) hasil respon peserta terhadap program pelatihan penggunaan modul diperoleh rata-rata skor 4,13. Factually, that the implementation of the principal has not been well programmed, lacks creativity and innovation. Principal's leadership implementation is still low. Training program is still theoretical and have not related to improving leadership quality. The main objectives of this study are (1) to formulate the needs of the principal's leadership training modules; (2) implementation a servant leadership model into a training module with an on the job skills approach; (3) determine the effectiveness of the servant leadership training module based on the job skills developed. This study uses Addie research method, with limitations including: needs analysis, design model, development model, testing and evaluation. The needs analysis includes literature studies and field observations. Design model includes mapping expertise and formulating objectives. The development process includes the development of teaching materials, processes and instruments. The implementation and evaluation include field trials, and model evaluations. The development process includes the development of teaching materials, learning processes and instruments. The implementation and evaluation stages include field trials, and model evaluations. The research subject is the principal. The research results showed that (1) training increased the principal's knowledge and skills. (2) Validation Module gets good categories: Material professional reviewer gave score: 83.2% with a decent category, media reviewer gave at 82.0% with a decent category and participants at 87.2%, in an excellent grade. (3) The post test results showed a significant increase from the pretest results with an average score of 79. The post test score increased from the previous pretest value of 62. (4) The product trial results through on the job learning obtained an average value with a score of 4.06, (5) The results of participant responses to the module use training program obtained an average score of 4.13.
