Tujuan penelitian adalah mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program kelas binaan Astra pada keahlian teknik kendaraan ringan otomotif di SMK Negeri 6 bandung. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif bersifat deskriptif dengan model evaluasi CIPP (Contex-Input-Process-Product). Subyek penelitian ditentukan berdasarkan Criterion Based Selection. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data Miles and Huberman. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan gambaran alur pelaksanaan program kelas binaan Astra mengenai pelaksanaan praktik kerja industri program keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan Otomotif sesuai dengan alur pelaksanaan praktik kerja yang dibuat Kemendikbud. Perbedaannya model pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah month release. Evaluasi konteks menunjukkan masih ada kekurangan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan peserta didik, yakni ketidak sesuaian antara jarak rumah menuju lokasi bengkel Astra, dan implementasi teori yang diberikan sekolah terhadap pembelajaran praktik kerja di industri. Evaluasi input menujukkan pelaksanaan perencanaan, persiapan, dan pembekalan dinilai sudah sangat baik. Evaluasi proses, yakni pemadatan materi pembelajaran yang memberatkan peserta didik maupun guru pembimbing, serta adanya kekurangan mengenai pelaksanaan monitoring pihak sekolah. Sikap jujur peserta didik terhadap guru pembimbing ketika dihadapkan masalah di bengkel. Evaluasi produk, yakni peningkatan kedisiplinan, keterampilan dan pengetahuan peserta didik. Kepuasan terhadap pelaksanaan program yang dirasakan peserta didik dibebani oleh biaya. Kata kunci: Kelas Binaan Astra, Model CIPP, Kualitatif. ABSTRACT Widy Nur Imadudin. (2020). The purpose of the study was to evaluate the implementation of the Astra fostered class program in automotive light vehicle engineering expertise at Vocational High School 6 Bandung. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a CIPP (Contex-Input-Process-Product) evaluation model. The research subjects were determined based on Criterion Based Selection. Data analysis techniques used Miles and Huberman data analysis. The instruments used were interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The results of this study show a picture of the flow of the implementation of Astra's fostered class program regarding the implementation of industrial work practices of the Automotive Light Vehicle Engineering expertise program in accordance with the work practice implementation flow made by the Ministry of Education and Culture. The difference is the learning model used is month release. Evaluation of the context shows there are still shortcomings in meeting the needs of students, namely the mismatch between the distance of the house to the location of Astra workshops, and the implementation of the theory given by schools to learning practical work in industry. Input evaluation shows that the implementation of planning, preparation and briefing is considered to be very good. Process evaluation, namely compaction of learning material which is burdensome for students and supervisors, as well as a lack of monitoring of the school. The honest attitude of students towards the supervisor when faced with problems in the workshop. Product evaluation, namely increasing discipline, skills and knowledge of students.
