Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya pendapatan yang diterima oleh pengusaha di Lokasi Binaan UMKM Jalan Cengkeh Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan pengusaha seperti modal usaha, pelatihan, perilaku kewirausahaan dan lokasi usaha berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan pengusaha. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey eksplanatori dengan menggunakan kuisioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengusaha di Lokasi Binaan UMKM Jalan Cengkeh yang berjumlah 36 pengusaha. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS Statistic 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel modal usaha, pelatihan dan perilaku kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan, sedangkan variabel lokasi usaha berpengaruh negatif terhadap pendapatan.;---The problem in this study is the low income received by entrepreneurs in the UMKM Patronage Site in Jalan Cengkeh, West Jakarta. This study aims to determine whether the factors that influence the income of entrepreneurs such as business capital, training, entrepreneurial behavior and business location affect the income of entrepreneurs. The research method used is an explanatory survey using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The population in this study were all entrepreneurs in the SME Roads of Cengkeh Street, totaling 36 entrepreneurs. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 21 program. The results showed that the variables of business capital, training and entrepreneurial behavior had a positive effect on income, while the business location variables had a negative effect on income.
