Hasil studi pendahuluan menunjukkan bahwa belum adanya program keterampilan vokasional pertanian yang terdokumentasi, sehingga pelaksanaan pembelajaran belum optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rumusan program keterampilan vokasional pertanian menanam kangkung bagi anak tunagrahita ringan dan program yang telah dikembangkan dapat dilaksanakan oleh guru. This research aims to develop a vocational agricultural skills program to plant water spinach for mild retarded students in SLB Aisyiyah Kawalu, Tasikmalaya City. The results of the preliminary study indicate that there is no documented agricultural vocational skills program, so the implementation of learning is not optimal. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation studies. This research resulted in the formulation of an agricultural vocational skills program to plant water spinach for mild retarded children.
