Olehkarenaitu, penelitimelakukanpenelitianmengenai model pembelajaran yang dapatmeningkatkanminatsiswa.Tujuanpenelitianiniadalah untuk menganalisis model Discovery Learning dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab terkait perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi serta kendalanya di MTs Darul Ma'arif Bandung.Metodepenelitian yang digunakanadalahstudideskriptifkualitatif.Teknikpengumpulan data yang digunakanadalahobservasi, wawancaradanstudidokumentasi.Hasilpenelitianini, dalam perencanaan pembelajaran guru menyiapkan RPP dan buku pelajaran dengan baik. Pelaksanaan model Discovery Learning terdiri dari kegiatan pendahuluan, kegiatan inti yang memakai model Discovery Learning di dalamnya, dan kegiatan penutup. Proses pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa guru banyak memberikan pertanyaan dan arahan dalam proses penemuan materi yang menunjukkan bahwa tipe pembelajaran penemuan yang dilakukan guru merupakan penemuan terbimbing (guided discovery). Evaluasi pembelajaran menggunakan teknik evaluasi berupa, tes lisan, tes tulis dan tes praktek. Kendala yang dihadapi guru adalah proses generalisasi masih sulit dilakukan oleh siswa;---Student motivation and interest play an important role because it is one of the factors that can influence the success of learning. However, in reality the motivation and interest of students in learning Arabic at Junior Islamic SchoolDarulMa'arif is low. Therefore researchers conduct further research on learning models that can increase student interest. The purpose of this study is to examine the application of the Discovery Learning model in learning Arabic at MTs DarulMa'arif Bandung. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of this study, in learning planning the teacher prepares lesson plans and textbooks well. The implementation of the Discovery Learning model consists of preliminary activities, core activities that use the Discovery Learning model in it, and closing activities. The learning process shows that the teacher gives a lot of questions and direction in the process of finding material that shows that the type of discovery learning that is done by the teacher is a guided discovery (guided discovery). The evaluation use evaluation techniques in the form of oral tests, written tests and practice tests. The obstacle faced by teachers is that the generalization process is still difficult for students to do.
