Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh ketidakpahaman siswa terhadap cara bermain bola Rounders sehingga siswa sulit menampilkan keterampilannya. Hal ini disebabkan oleh tidak adanya pemahaman secara khsus dari seorang guru mengenai pembelajaran permainan bola kasti serta tidak adanya pendekatan khusus yang mengarahkan siswa untuk memahami cara bermain bola Rounders. Dengan penjelasan di atas tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada permainan bola kasti melalui Penerapan Model Pendekatan Taktis untuk menigkatkan keterampilan bermain Bola Rounders di Sekolah Dasar. Metode yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan partisipannya adalah siswa Sekolah Dasar Negri Panyirapan 03 Soreang yang berjumlah 33 orang siswa, yaitu 16 orang putra dan 17 putri. Data diperoleh menggunakan instumen GPAI (Games Performance Assesment Instrument). Pada penelitian ini peneliti menemukan adanya peningkatan dari setiap pembelajarannya. Di mulai dari pre test diperoleh 15,15% sampai siklus 2 diperoleh 90,91%. Pada siklus I terjadi peningkatan sebesar 33,33% dan pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan 90,91% dengan jumlah siswa yang mendapatkan nilai ketuntasan sebanyak 30 orang dari 33 siswa. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penerapan Model Pendekatan Taktis dapat meningkatkan keterampilan bermain siswa pada siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negri Panyirapan 03 Soreang. This is caused by the lack of teacher's particular understanding on the learning of base ball game and also the absence of specific approach that directs the student to understand the rules of base ball. With the explanation above, the purpose of this study is to improve the outcome of student's base ball games learning through the application of tactical approach material. The method used in this study is classaction Research which the participants are students of class V A of Panyirapan 03 Elementary school, which consist of 33 students, that are 17 males and females. This data is obtained using instruments GPAI (Games Performance Assesment Instrument) Assesment format. In this study, researches found an increase on each learning. Started from the Pre-Test which gained 15,15% to cycle II which gained 90,91%. On cycle I, there happened to be an increase with the amount of 33,33%. Meanwhile, on cycle II, there happened to be amre significant increase with the amount of 90,91% with 30 out of 33students gained the achievment scores.
