Pendidikan SMK yang memilikikurikulumyang fokuspadamenyiapkanpesertadidiksiapkerja, ternyatatidakseluruhnyapesertadidik SMK yang memilikiminatuntukbekerja.Hal inidapatdipengaruhiolehfaktor-faktor yang mempengaruhiminat.Berdasarkanhaltersebut, dilakukanpenelitiantengtangekspolarasiminatpesertadidik SMK terhadapminatbekerja, berwirausaha, danmelanjutkanstudi, besertafaktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya.Metode yang digunakandalampenelitianiniadalahmetodedeskriptifdenganpendekatankuantitatif, dimanabertujuanuntukmemperolehgambarannyatatentangmasalahataukeadaan yang adapadamasasekarang. Penelitianinidilakukanterhadap 62 respondenpesertadidik di SMKN 1 Buahdua.Pengumpulan data dalampenelitianiniyaitudenganmenggunakanangket yang ditujukankepadapesertadidikuntukmendapatkan data mengenaiminatpesertadidikuntukbekerja, berwirausaha, melanjutkanstudi.Hasilpengolahan, analisis, danpengujian data makadiperolehhasilsebagaiberikut: (1) Besarminatpesertadidikuntukbekerja di industrisebanyak 36% (sebagiankecil); (2) Besarminatpesertadidikuntukberwirausahasebanyak 33% (sebagiankecil); (3) Besarminatpesertadidikuntukmelanjutkanstudisebanyak 31% (sebagiankecil);---SMK/MK which has a curriculum that focuses on preparing students ready for work, it was not entirely SMK/MK students who have interests to work. This can be affected by factors that affecting interests. Based on this, do research about interests exploration in SMK students to the working interests, entrepreneurship, and continuing studies.The method in this research is descriptive quantitative approach, which aims to obtain a real description about the problem or circumstances that exist at the present time. This research was conducted to 62 students at SMKN 1 Buahdua. Data collecting in this research by using a questionnaire addressed to the students to obtain the data about student interests to work, to entrepreneurship, and continuing studies. The results of the processing, analysis, and examination the data, it obtained the following results: (1) The quantity of student interests to work in the industry is 46% (fraction); (2) The quantity of student interests to entrepreneurship is 33% (fraction); (3) The quantity of student interests to continue their studies is 31% (fraction).
