Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmengetahuipengaruhperan tutor danpelatihan kerajinan anyamanecenggondokterhadappengembanganberwirausaha di PKBM binamandiricipageranterutamadalamhal: peranan tutor danprofesionalisme tutor sertastrategipelatihandanmateripelatihan yang mampumemberikandampak terhadap pengembanganberwirausahaterhadappesertadidik.Objek yang menjadi unit analisisdalampeneliltianiniadalahpesertadidikpaket c yang ada di PKBM BinaMandiriCipageran yang berjumlah 36 orang denganlatarbelakangpekerjaan yang notabennyaburuhtanidanpembanturumahtangga. Hasil penelitianinidapatdisimpulkanbahwaterdapatpengaruh yang positifdansignifikanantaraperan tutor danpelatihan kerajinan anyamanecenggondok secara simultanterhadappengembanganberwirausaha di PKBM BinaMandiriCipageran di KelurahanCipageranKecamatanCimahi Utara Kota Cimahi sebesar 81 %;---The background of this training is the low awarenes and skill of learners in utilizing and developing and cultivating the potential of natural resources contained in the surrounding environment. The situation must be handled immediately has an important role in the processing of natural resources as well as one of the critical success factor in improving the economic or social conditions of the community it self. Training of ecenggondok is used as a way to increase the potential within the student in the form of growing interest in the field of entrepreneurship. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of tutor role in ecenggondok training on entrepeneurship interest in PKBM BinaMandiriCipageran especially in term of: tutor role and professionalis of tutor in training strategy and training materials that can give entrepreneur Developmentt to the student. Objects that become the unit of analysis in this study are the participants of the C package that is in PKBM BinaMandiriCipageran, amounting to 36 people with a background of the average work of farm laborers and maids. The independent variables in this research are (XI) role of tutor, (X2) training of ecenggondok and related variable (Y) that is entrepreneur inters. The type of research method. Data analysis technique used is simple linear regression with computer software tool SPSS 21.0.The results of this study can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the role of tutors and training of water hyacinth woven crafts on entrepreneurship development in PKBM BinaMandiriCipageran in Cipageran Village, Cimahi Utara District, Cimahi City, at 81%. |
