Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Efektivitas Pengawasan Legislatif (Komposisi DPRD, Ukuran DPRD, Struktur Kepemimpinan DPRD, Pengetahuan DPRD, Tenure DPRD) dan Temuan Audit (Temuan Kelemahan Pengendalian Intern, Temuan Ketidakpatuhan pada Undang-Undang) terhadap Kinerja Pemerintah Daerah. Kinerja Pemerintah Daerah diukur dari hasil nilai Evaluasi Kinerja Penyelenggaraan Pemerintah Daerah (EKPPD). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksplanatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Kabupaten/Kota di Indonesia dan total sampel sebanyak 220 pemerintah daerah menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dengan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi.Dalam pengujian data, peneliti menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa komposisi, ukuran, struktur kepemimpinan DPRD, serta temuan ketidakpatuhan pada UU berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah. Sedangkan untuk variabel pengetahuan,tenure DPRD, dan temuan kelemahan pengendalian intern tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah. ;---This study aims to examinethe effect of the effectiveness of board monitoring (composition, size, leadership structure, knowledge, tenure) and the audit findings (internal control weakness and noncompliance with regulations) on the local government's performance.. Local government's performance is measured by scores on the evaluation of local government performance (EKPPD). This research use exsplanatory method with quantitative approach. Population of this research is all local government in Indonesia andsample size 220 local governments using purposive sampling. Data used is secondary data using documentation technique. Hypothesis test conducted is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 23 software. Result of this study indicated that composition, size, board leadership structure, and non compliance with regulations have significant effect on the local government's performance in Indonesia. While board knowledge, board tenure, and internal control weakness have no sifnificant effect on the local government's performance in Indonesia.
