Summary

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja keuangan berpengaruh terhadap alokasi belanja modal dan implikasinya terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi pada pemerintah kabupaten/kota di Indonesia tahun 2014 hingga 2016. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota di Indonesia yang terdiri dari 304 Kabupaten/Kota. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan kriteria random sampling, sehingga berdasarkan sampling tersebut didapatkan 173 pemerintah kabupaten/kota yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Peneliti menggunakan data sekunder yang didapatkan dari website www.djpk.go.id berupa Laporan Realisasi Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja serta data dari www.bps.go.id berupa data PDRB. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Kinerja Keuangan diukur menggunakan rasio keuangan yang dikemukakan oleh Halim dan Muhammad (2014). Dari hasil pengujian, didapatkan bahwa kinerja keuangan berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, kinerja keuangan berpengaruh terhadap alokasi belanja modal, alokasi belanja modal berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan kinerja keuangan berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi melalui alokasi belanja modal. ;---This study aims to determine how government financial performance affects the allocation of capital expenditure and its implications for economic growth in regency and city governments in Indonesia from year 2014-2016. The population of this study is the government of the regency and city in Indonesia which consists of 304 districts/cities. The sample is determined based on random sampling criteria, so that based on the sampling obtained 173 districts/cities that become the sample in this research. Researchers use secondary data which is obtained ftom website www.djpk.go.id in the form of Budget RealizationReport of Revenue and Expenditure and data form www.bps.go.id in the from of Gross Domestic Regional Bruto data. Testing the hypotesis in this reserach uses Partial Least Square. Government financial performance was measured using financial ratios introduced by Halim and Muhammad (2014). The results of the hypothesis testing was found that there is a governemnt financial performance effect on the economic growth, the financial performance effect on the allocation of capital expenditure, the allocation of capital expenditure effect on economic growth, and the financial performance have an effect on the economic growth through the allocation of capital expenditure.
