Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji faktor - faktor yang mempengaruhi laba bersih pada 5 sub sektor perusahaan manufaktur selama tahun 2012 - 2016. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu volume penjualan, biaya produksi, biaya operasional, dan modal kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 33 perusahaan selama lima tahun dengan total 165 sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Sumber data pada penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder yang dikumpulkan dengan teknik dokumentasi, yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan melalui webiste Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji statistik regresi data panel. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh volume penjualan, biaya produksi, biaya operasional dan modal kerja terhadap laba bersih. Biaya operasional mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap laba bersih, karena memiliki nilai koefisien paling besar.;---This research is meant to examine the influnce of factors that affect net income at 5 sub sector of the manufacturing company during the years 2012-2016. Variables used in this research are sales volume, production cost, operational cost, and working capital. The method used in this study is descriptive and verification with a quantitative approach. The sample used as many as 33 companies for five years with a total of 165 samples were purposive sampling method. The source of the data on the secondary research data collected by technical documentation, obtained from the financial statements through the webiste Indonesia Stock Exchange. Hypothesis testing is done by a panel data regression statistical tests. The result of hypothesis testing shows that there is influence of sales volume, production cost, operational cost and working capital to net income. Operational costs have a dominant influence on net income, because they have the greatest coefficient value.
