Summary:The purpose of this study was to analyze job commitment, organizational citizenship behavior, thus, influence job commitment and organizational citizenship behavior in SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. The theory used is the theory of job commitment from John Meyer and Natalie Allen, and the theory of organizational citizenship behavior from Organ. This research used explanatory survey method. Data collection techniques used questionnaire skala likert 3 scale models. The respondent in this research is teachers and educational staff, so we get 107 respondens. Data were analyzed using regression. The result of study revealed that: (1) job commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior are each in a high category; (2) job commitment have a positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore, organizational citizenship behavior can be improved through increased work commitment. Keywords: job commitment, organizatrional citizenship behavior
