Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmengetahuitingkatketersediaanalat di workshop dalampelaksanaanpraktikkayumahasiswa DPTS FPTK UPI.PenelitianinimerupakanpenelitianKuantitatifDeskriptif.Instrumenpengumpulan data denganmenggunakanTes, Observasidanwawancara.Data primer yang di dapatkandengancaraobservasiataumelihatlangsungketersediaanalat di workshop untukpenunjangpelaksanaanpraktikumkayu. Adapuladengancarawawancara agar data lebih valid dantidakdiragukanlagikeabsahannya. Sampelpenelitianinimerupakanseluruhmahasiswa PTB DPTS FPTK UPI angkatan 2016.Untuk data pendukungatau data sekunder, dilakukantes yang di kerjakanoleh 36 mahasiswa PTB 2016 gunauntukmengetahuitingkatpemahamanmahasiswaakanmateri yang sedangditelitiolehpenulis.Penelitianinimembahastentangtingkatketersediaanalatdanbeberapaaspek yang menganalisistingkatpemahamanmahasiswatentangmaterisambunganbibir miring berkait. Untuktingkatketersediaanalatpraktikumsudahmemadaiantararasiojumlahalatdenganmahasiswa, maupundengankebutuhankerja.Dansecarakeseluruhantingkatpemahamanmahasiswamengenaimaterisambunganbibir miring berkaitdapatdikatakanpaham, terlihatdarinilai rata-rata yang merekadapat, terdapatlebihdarisetengahsampelmendapatkannilai di atas 80. ;---The availability of equipment in the implementation of wood practices in the workshop is a representation of whether or not the practicum is feasible. This study aims to determine the level of availability of tools in the workshop in the implementation of the wooden practice of the DPTS FPTK UPI students.This research is Descriptive Quantitative research. The data collection instruments are using Tests, Observations,and interviews. Primary data obtained by observation or direct observation of the availability of tools in the workshop to support the implementation of the wood lab. There is also an interview method to validate the data.The sample of this research was all of the students of PTB DPTS FPTK UPI 2016's graduate. For supporting data or secondary data, a test was carried out by 36 PTB students to determine the level of students' understanding of the material being studied by the author. This study discusses the level of available tools and several aspects that analyze the level of students' understanding of the connection material of the sloping lip.The level of availability of practicum tools is adequate between the ratio of the number of tools to students, as well as the needs of work. And overall the level of student understanding of the hooked sloping lip connection material can be understood, seen from the average value they get; there are more than half of the samples get a value above 80.
