Summary:Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masalah efektivitas pembelajaran mata kuliah produktif di Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata NHI Bandung. Fokus masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kondisi deskripsi efektivitas pembelajaran mata kuliah produktif, kinerja mengajar dosen dan pemanfaatan sarana prasarana pembelajaran. Serta seberapa besar pengaruh kinerja mengajar dosen dan pemanfaatan sarana prasarana pembelajaran terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran mata kuliah produktif di Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata NHI Bandung. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 139 mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata NHI Bandung sebagai responden penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) kinerja mengajar dosen berpengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran mata kuliah produktif sebesar 31.1% (2) pemanfaatan sarana prasarana pembelajaran berpengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran mata kuliah produktif sebesar 15.6% (3) secara bersama-sama kinerja mengajar dosen dan pemanfaatan sarana prasarana pembelajaran berpengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran mata kuliah produktif sebesar 43.7%, selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti. Rekomendasi yang diajukan adalah (1) efektivitas pembelajaran mata kuliah produktif; perbaikan dari segi waktu kegiatan pembelajaran, penerapan disiplin, perbaikan evaluasi pembelajaran, peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa (2) pada kinerja mengajar dosen, penggunaan metode belajar yang kreatif dan inovatif, pembelian bantuan konseling oleh dosen, pengembangan dosen (3) pemanfaatan sarana prasarana pembelajaran; perlu adanya standar baku sarana prasarana praktik, pemutakhiran peralatan praktik, dibuatnya sentral pelatihan, pembinaan bagi Perguruan Tinggi Pariwisata.:---This research is based on the problem of the effectiveness of learning productive subject at NHI Bandung Tourism Institute. The problem in this research is how the descriptive condition of the effectiveness of learning productive subject, lecturers' teaching performance and the utilization of learning infrastructure facilities. Subsequently, how much effect is in the lecturers' teaching performance and the utilization of learning infrastructure facilities toward the effectiveness of learning productive subject at NHI Bandung Tourism Institute. The method used in this research is survey method with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted on 139 students of NHI Bandung Tourism Institute as research respondents. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that (1) lecturers' teaching performance has a positive effect to the effectiveness of learning productive subject by 31.1% (2) the utilization of learning infrastructure facilities has positive effect on the effectiveness of learning productive subject by 15.6% (3) collectively, lecturers' teaching performance and the utilization of learning infrastructure facilities have a positive effect on the effectiveness of learning productive subject by 43.7%, the rest of it is influenced by other factors that were not investigated by the researcher. The recommendations proposed are (1) the effectiveness of learning productive subjects; improvement in terms of time of learning activities, application of discipline, improvement of learning evaluation, improvement of student learning motivation (2) on teaching teaching performance, use of creative and innovative learning methods, purchase of counseling assistance by lecturers, lecturer development (3) utilization of learning infrastructure; there is a need for a standard standard of practical infrastructure, updating practical equipment, making central training, coaching for Tourism Universities.
