520 | |a Fakultas Pendidikan Teknologi dan Kejuruan (FPTK) merupakan salah satu fakultas yang memberikan layanan pendidikan vokasi di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI). FPTK terdiri dari beberapa konsentrasi ilmu kejuruan, salah satunya adalah Departemen Pendidikan Teknik Sipil (DPTS). DPTS menyediakan fasilitas untuk menunjang pembelajaran, yaitu ruang kelas dan ruang praktik produktif berupa laboratorium dan workshop. Namun terdapat keluhan mengenai kurangnya keleluasaan dalam melakukan pembelajaran praktik dan kurangnya peralatan penunjang di beberapa ruang praktik produktif DPTS UPI. Penelitian ini mengulas bagaimana pelaksanaan kerja praktik yang terjadi, kemudian mencari efektivitas ruang gerak yang ada dan efektivitas peralatan penunjang yang tersedia di ruang praktik produktif DPTS UPI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara untuk selanjutnya ditriangulasi agar mendapat data yang valid. Hasil penelitian menunjukan alur pelaksanaan kerja praktik di setiap ruang praktik produktif DPTS UPI. Untuk efektivitas ruang gerak di ruang praktik produktif DPTS UPI didapatkan bahwa laboratorium hidrolika telah dikategorikan cukup efektif, laboratorium jalan dan transportasi dikategorikan cukup efektif, laboratorium struktur sangat efektif, laboratorium mekanika tanah cukup efektif, workshop kayu sangat efektif dan workshop batu beton dikategorikan cukup efektif. Penelitian ini juga menemukan efektivitas peralatan penunjang berdasarkan indikator yang menunjukan bahwa laboratorium hidrolika dikategorikan sangat efektif, labotratorium jalan dan transportasi cukup efektif, laboratorium struktur sangat efektif, laboratorium mekanika tanah sangat efektif, workshop kayu cukup efektif dan workshop batu beton sangat efektif efektif. -----The Faculty of Technology and Vocational Education (FPTK) is one of the faculties that provide vocational education services at the Indonesia University of Education(UPI). The FPTK consists of several concentrations of vocational science, one of which is the Department of Civil Engineering Education (DPTS. DPTS provides facilities to support learning, such as classrooms and productive practice space in the form of laboratories and workshops. However, there are complaints about the limited space for practise and the lack of flexibility in the practice of practical activities. This study examines how the implementation of practical work, then find the effectiveness of the available space and effectiveness of the supporting equipment available in the DPTS UPI productive practice space. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques used are documentation, observation and interview methods to be triangulated to get valid data. The results of the study show the flow of implementation of practical work in each DPTS UPI productive practice room. For the effectiveness of space in the DPTS UPI productive practice room, it was found that hydraulic laboratories had been categorized as effective enough, road and transportation laboratories were categorized as quite effective, structural laboratories were very effective, soil mechanics laboratories were quite effective, wood workshops were very effective and concrete stone workshops categorized as quite effective. This study also found the effectiveness of supporting equipment based on indicators that showed that hydraulic laboratories were categorized as very effective, road and transportation labotratoriums were quite effective, structural laboratories were very effective, soil mechanics laboratories were very effective, wood workshops were quite effective and concrete stone workshops were very effective. | ||
