Selainituuntukmengetahuipengaruh proses asistensiterhadapmotivasibelajar. Metodepenelitian yang digunakanadalahkorelasionaldenganmenggunakan instrument penelitiankuisioner.Adapunhasilpenelitianmenunjukkanbahwagambar anumum proses asistensiberadapadatingkattinggi. Begitu pula dengangambaranumummotivasibelajar.Indeksjawaban yang terdapatpadamotivasibelajarberadapadatingkatantinggi.Selainituterdap atpengaruh yang positifdansignifikandari proses asistensiterhadapmotivasibelajarsiswadalammengerjakantugasGambar KonstruksiBangunan. Besarpengaruhvariabel proses asistensiterhadapmotivasibelajarterdapatpadakategorisedang. Artinya proses asistensiberbandinglurusdenganmotivasibelajar. Bila proses asistensiberjalandenganbaikmakamotivasibelajar yang didapatkan pun baik, begitu pula sebaliknya. Baiksiswamaupun guru matadiklatperlumengintensifkankegiatanasistensi, karenadalam proses asistensiterdapatinteraksiantaramuriddengan guru. Guru dapatmengetahuikemampuansiswapadamatapelajarangambarkonstruks ibangunan, dansiswadapatlebihmengertipadamateri yang iaanggapsulitsertamemotivasisiswauntukmengerjakantugasgambarkonstruksibangunan. ;---Assistance is guidance given by the teacher to participants to assist the independent learning process. Posted from the results of the observations on the learning motivation of students after the process, there were participants who were still lazy to do drawing tasks to build buildings because they had done the assistance process. The purpose of this study was to find out how general information about how to train people in the eyes of the Building Construction Drawing Study at SMKN 6 Bandung. In addition to knowing the effect of the learning process. The research method used was correlational using questionnaire research instruments. Research results that show general processes as they occur at high levels.Likewise with general learning motivation. The answer index is when learning takes place at a high level. Besides that there is a positive and significant influence of the assistance process of use in the task of Building Construction. Big difference between learning process and motivation. The purpose of the assistance process is directly proportional to learning motivation. If the assistance process goes well, then learning is profitable, and vice versa. Both students and the education eye teachers need to intensify assistance activities, because in the process there is interaction between students and teachers. The teacher can find out the students' abilities in the eyes of building construction images, and people can better understand the things that are being done now and also motivate students to work on building construction tasks.
