Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari smart tourism technology terhadap passenger satisfaction di Bandara Internasional Soekarno Hatta. Variabel bebas (X) dalam penelitian ini adalah smart tourism technology yang terdiri dari beberapa sub dimensi yaitu informativeness, accesibility, interactivity, dan personalization serta yang menjadi variabel terikat (Y) adalah passenger satisfaction. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data primer diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap sejumlah responden. Kuesioner di distribusikan kepada 109 responden yang merupakan penumpang di Bandara Internasional Soekarno Hatta. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan program IBM SPSS for Windows 23.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara bersama-sama variabel smart tourism technology memberi pengaruh signifikan pada passenger satisfaction di Bandara Internasional Soekarno Hatta. Namun secara terpisah hanya ada dua sub dimensi dari variabel smart tourism technology yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap passengger satisfaction;---The study is aimed at finding out how the impact of smart tourism technology on passenger satisfaction of Soekarno Hata International Airport is. Th dependent variavel (X) of the study is smart tourism technology consisting of informativeness, accesibility, interactivity, and personalization. Meanwhile, the independent variable (Y) is pasengger satisfaction. The study applies purposive sampling involving 109 sampels. The data is collected through questionaires which then analyzed descriptively and verificatively throught multivariate regression. The result shows that simultaneously, smart tourism technology gives significant impact on passenger satisfaction of Soekarno Hatta International Airports. However, partialy, there were only two sub dimensions of smart tourism techology variables that gives significant impact on passenger satisfaction.
