Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan antara kecerdasan sosial dengan kepemimpinan berwirausaha. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 59 alumni program mahasiswa wirausaha di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Data diperoleh melalui instrumen yang dikemukakan oleh Goleman (2006) kecerdasan sosial dan instrumen yang dikembangkan oleh Renko dkk (2013) untuk mengukur kepemimpinan berwirausaha. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional dengan teknik analisis Product Moment Pearson. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara kecerdasan sosial dengan kepemimpinan berwirausaha dan memiliki koefesien korelasi sebesar (r=0.479). Selain itu, dimensi achievement oriented dengan kesadaran sosial, achievement oriented dengan fasilitas sosial dan persistent dengan kesadaran sosial yang berada pada kategori tinggi;---Arry Resza Finaldy (1106175). The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between social intelligence and entrepreneurial leadership. The participant in this research is amounted 59 Entrepreneurial Student Program Alumnus in Indonesia University of Education. Data was collected by using questionnaires propounded by Goleman, (2006) social intelligence and the instrument was developed by Renko (2013) to measure the entrepreneurial leadership. This research used quantitative approach with correlational method with Pearson Product Moment analysis techniques. The result shows that there is a relation between social intelligence and entrepreneurial leadership with correlation coefecient of 0,479. In addition, dimension achievement oriented with social awareness, achievement oriented with social facilitation and persistent with social awareness wich is placed under high correlation category.
