Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor atribut hotel syariah di kota Bandung. Pendekatan kantitatif digunakan untuk mencari faktor-faktor tersebut dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 204 responden yang pernah menginap di hotel Syariah di Kota Bandung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah hotel Syariah yang berada di Kota Bandung, yaitu Daarul Jannah Cottage, Lingga Hotel, Orange's Home Syariah, Narapati Indah Syariah Hotel and Convention, Noor Hotel, Cinnamon Boutique Hotel Syariah, dan Ruby hotel Syariah. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan teknik Random Sampling. Adapun data yang telah terkumpul kemudian di identifikasi dengan menggunakan teknik analisis faktor dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS 23. Sehingga diperoleh hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 4 faktor baru yang menjadi atribut hotel Syariah di Kota Bandung, yaitu Faktor Physical Environment, Convenience, Accesibility & Price, dan faktor terakhir adalah Service & Facilities. Keempat faktor ini yang menjadi faktor baru pada atribut hotel syariah di Kota Bandung. The purpose of this study was to identify sharia hotel attribute factors in the city of Bandung. The quantitative approach was used to find these factors by distributing questionnaires to 204 respondents who had stayed at a Sharia hotel in Bandung City. The population in this study are Sharia hotels in the city of Bandung, namely Daarul Jannah Cottage, Lingga Hotel, Orange's Home Sharia, Narapati Indah Syariah Hotel and Convention, Noor Hotels, Cinnamon Boutique Hotel Syariah, and Ruby Sharia hotels. The sampling technique used in this study is the Random Sampling technique. The data that has been collected is then identified by using factor analysis techniques with the help of IBM SPSS 23 program and the results show that there are 4 new factors that are attributes of Sharia hotels in the city of Bandung, namely the Physical Environment, Convenience, Accessibility & Price Factors, and the last factor is Service & Facilities. These four factors are a new factor in sharia hotel attributes in the city of Bandung.
