Tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk mengungkapkan analisis bentuk tari Jaipong karya Awan Metro dan Gondo, serta bagaimana perbedaan gaya keduanya yang tergambar melalui karya cipta yang dibuat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analisis dan kajian etnokoreologi sebagai pisau bedahnya. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat ditemukan bahwa bentuk tari karya Awan Metro bergaya tradisi-romantis, adapun Gondo bergaya modern-klasik. Faktor historis, sosiologis dan estetis yang mempengaruhi keduanya, sehingga berbeda dalam menggarap karya tari. Awan Metro and Gondo are two choreographer who bring updates in the Jaipong dance. The purpose of writing in this research are disclose an analysis of dance forms Awan Metro and Gondo, as well as how the difference of both styles are illustrated through the work of copyright this made. This research is qualitative paradigm with descriptive analysis methods and study of Etnochoreology. From the results of this research can be found that this form of dance work Awan Metro style romantic-traditions, as Gondo for the clasic-modern style. Historical, sosiological and aesthetic factors that affect both, so different in execution of works of dance. | ||
