Summary

Penelitian ini membahas analisis alat penilaian ulangan kenaikan kelas mata pelajaran produktif pada kompetensi keahlian nautika kapal penangkapan ikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel total, yaitu semua butir soal yang diberikan pada saat ulangan kenaikan kelas. Standar kompetensi yang ada tidak semua dapat diukur, terdapat 5 standar kompetensi yang tidak terdapat pada soal ulangan kenaikan kelas dan jumlah soal setiap standar kompetensi tidak proposional. Hasil analisis dari segi kuantitatif terdapat 6 butir soal yang memenuhi kriteria tingkat kesukaran, daya pembeda dan validitas butir soal. Reliabilitas alat penilaian ulangan kenaikan kelas termasuk pada taraf sedang. Hasil analisis dari segi kualitatif terdapat 11 butir soal yang memenuhi kriteria dari perangkat materi, konstruksi dan bahasa. Untuk 29 butir yang tidak memenuhi kriteria perlu direvisi. Disarankan kepada guru seyogyanya memperhatikan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan oleh para ahli di dalam pembuatan tes. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya, karena penelitian ini masih dalam lingkup terbatas dan masih banyak faktor lain yang belum terungkap. Penulis merekomendasikan agar penelitian selanjutnya dapat lebih mengembangkan penelitian ini, seperti mengembangkan tes berdasarkan item reponse theory Kata kunci : analisis butir soal, ulangan kenaikan kelas, nautika kapal penangkapan ikan This research discusses the analysis of assessment tool test subjects class rise in productive subjects competency skills nautical fishing boats. The research method used is descriptive method. The sample used is the total sample, that all the items given problem during the test grade. Existing competency standards can not all be measured, there are 5 standard of competence that are not on the test questions class rise and the number of questions each competency standards disproportionately. The results in terms of quantitative analysis there are 6 items that meet the criteria about the level of difficulty, distinguishing features and validity questions. Reliability of assessment tools test class rise including at moderate level. The results in terms of qualitative analysis contained 11 items questions that meet the criteria of the material, construction and language. For the 29 items that do not meet the criteria need to be revised. It is suggested that teachers should pay attention to the procedures established by experts in the manufacture of the test. For further research, as this study was limited in scope and many other factors that have not been revealed.
