Kabupaten Bandung sebagai salah satu daerah wisata di dukung oleh industri perhotelan yang sama-sama terus berkembang setiap tahunnya. Potensi perkembangan industri perhotelan di Kabupaten Bandung tersebut harus di dukung oleh tenaga kerja yang berkualitas. Salah satu pemasok tenaga kerjanya adalah lulusan SMK akomodasi perhotelan yang ada di Kabupaten Bandung itu sendiri. SMK akomodasi perhotelan di Kabupaten Bandung harus mampu menghasilkan lulusan yang memiliki kompetensi sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri perhotelan yang ada, maka dibutuhkan pendekatan manpower planning. Salah satu dan yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi lulusan siswa SMK akomodasi perhotelan adalah guru produktifnya. Maka lulusan SMK akomodasi perhotelan tersebut harus didukung oleh guru produktif yang sesuai dari segi kualitas dan juga kuantitasnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan mix methods dengan pendekatan sequential exploratory, dimana tahap pertama yang dilakukan adalah pengumpulan data kualitatif dan dianalisis, setelah itu tahap kedua pengumpulan data kuantitatif dan dianalisis. Untuk mengetahui kualitas guru produktif dilakukan wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk mengetahui kuantitas guru produktif dilakukan dengan perhitungan menggunakan rumus cara menghitung kebutuhan guru SMK yang dikemukakan oleh Matin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas guru produktif sudah sesuai namun ada beberapa hal yang dirasa masih kurang, yaitu penguasaan Bahasa Inggris dan juga penggunaan teknologi. Selain itu dari segi kuantitas, jika dilihat dari jumlah rombongan belajar yang ada, jumlah ideal guru produktif akomodasi perhotelan di SMK se-Kabupaten Bandung adalah sebanyak 171 orang guru produktif.----------As one of the most famous tourism destination, the growth of hospitality industry in Kabupaten Bandung showing positive progress through the years. The industry's potential growth in the city should be supported with qualified manpower. One of the largest supplier is SMK graduate specialized in hospitality. The school must be able to produce competent resource to meet the needs of the industry through the implementation of manpower planning. Teachers' productivity is among the defining factors for the expected result, in qualities and quantities. This research used mix methods with sequential exploratory approach. The first step taken in this research was collecting qualitative data for analysis and the second was collecting quantitative data for analysis as well. Interviews and documentation study was conducted to discover the quality of productive teachers. While the quantitative results for the need of SMK teachers was calculated by Matin's formula. The result showed that the quality of the teachers is appropriate, but there are some aspects that needs to be improved, being English capability and use of technology. Quantitatively, the ideal needs for productive teachers in SMK specialized in hospitality is 171 people.
