Penelitian ini berusaha menjawab permasalahan penelitian yang telah dirumuskan, yaitu: Apakah hubungan antara persepsi peserta diklat terhadap penyelenggaraan program dikla tdasar komputer dengan motivasi belajar peserta Diklat di BPPTK-PK. Secara lebih khusus masalah penelitian dapat dirumuskan sebagai berikut: (1) Bagaimana gambaran persepsi peserta diklat terhadap penyelenggaraan program diklat dasar komputer di BPPTK-PK? (2) Bagaimana gambaran motivasi belajar peserta diklat terhada ppenyelenggaraan program pelatihan dasar komputer di BPPTK-PK? (3) Apakah terdapat hubungan signifikan antara persepsi peserta diklat tentang penyelenggaraan program Diklat dasar komputer dengan motivasi belajar peserta diklat di BPPTK-PK? Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif korelasional.Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa angket.Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta diklat yang mengikuti diklat dasar komputer di Balai Pelatihan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Pendidikan Kejuruan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, secara umum bahwa terdapathubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara persepsi terhadap penyelenggaraan program diklat dasar komputerd engan motivasi belajar peserta diklat di BPPTK-PK.Secara lebih khususnya hasil dari penelitian ini, adalah: (1) Deskripsi mengenai persepsi peserta diklat terhadap penyelenggaraan program diklat dasar komputer berdasarkan hasi lpengolahan data secara umum, bahwa persepsi peserta diklat terhadap program penyelenggaraan diklat dasar komputer berada pada kategori tinggi. (2) Deskripsi mengenai motivasi belajar peserta diklat berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data secara umum, bahwa motivasi belajar peserta diklat terhadap program penyelenggaraan diklat dasar komputer berada pada kategori tinggi. (3) Terdapathubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara persepsi terhadap penyelenggaraan diklat terhadap motivasi belajar peserta diklat pada diklat dasar komputer dengan tingkat keeratan korelasi yang kuat. Relationship Between Perceptions Toward Implementation Program Participant Training Education and Training Basic Computer with Motivation. Thesis, Department of Curriculum and Technology Education, Faculty of Education, University of Education Indonesia, in 2013. This study attempted to answer the research problems that have been formulated, namely: What is the relationship between participants' perceptions of the implementation of the training program training motivation to learn basic computer training participants in BPPTK-PK. More specifically the research problem can be formulated as follows: (1) How the participant an overview of the implementation of training programs in basic computer training BPPTK-PK? (2) How does learning motivation training participants an overview of the implementation of basic computer training program in BPPTK-PK? (3) Is there a significant relationship between participants' perceptions of training on the administration of training programs with the motivation to learn basic computer training participants in BPPTK-PK? The method used was descriptive correlational. The data were obtained by using a research instrument in the form of questionnaires. Population and samples in this study were participants who followed the training in basic computer training Training Center Teachers and Education Personnel of Vocational Education. Based on the research conducted, it is generally held that there is a positive and significant relationship between perceptions of the implementation of the training program with the motivation to learn basic computer training participants in BPPTK-PK. Speaking more specifically the results of this study are: (1) Description of the training participants' perceptions of the implementation of basic computer training program based on the results of data processing in general, that the perception of training participants to basic computer education and training programs at the high category. (2) Description of the training participants 'motivation based on the data processing in general, that the training participants' motivation to basic computer education and training programs at the high category. (3) There is a positive and significant relationship between perceptions of education and training to the participants' learning motivation training on basic computer training to the level of closeness is a strong correlation.
