Summary:Salah satu hambatan belajar yang dialami siswa tunarungu adalah kesulitan berkomunikasi dan mengolah informasi, sehingga pembelajarannya harus menggunakan bahan ajar berupa informasi secara visual. Hingga saat ini, bahan ajar yang digunakan di SLB tunarungu hanya berupa buku tema dari pemerintah yang masih didominasi oleh informasi verbal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan bahan ajar pada materi sudut berbantuan Augmented Reality Software (AR Software) dan webcam dalam rangka memberikan kompetensi dasar matematis siswa tunarungu, dengan rincian sebagai berikut: (1) Mendeskripsikan tahapan perancangan bahan ajar pada materi sudut berbantuan AR Software dan webcam; (2) Mendeskripsikan tahapan pengembangan bahan ajar pada materi sudut berbantuan AR Software dan webcam; (3) Mendeskripsikan hasil evaluasi bahan ajar pada materi sudut berbantuan AR Software dan webcam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan mengadaptasi dan memodifikasi tahapan R&D yang digunakan oleh Brog & Gall. Sumber data dan informasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa tunarungu kelas VIII tahun akademik 2017/2018 di salah satu SMPLB di Kota Bandung. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: (1) Tahap perancangan terdiri atas: tahap research and information collection, tahap planning, tahap design of preliminary product; (2) Tahap pengembangan terdiri atas: tahap preliminary AR Software, tahap preliminary field testing, tahap main product revision; (3) Hasil evaluasi produk bahan ajar matematika pada materi sudut berbantuan AR software dan webcam mengakomodasi ketercapaian kompetensi dasar matematis siswa tunarungu termasuk pada kategori sangat baik.----------One of deaf students'learning obstacles is their difficulty in communicating and processing information. Teachers need to teach concepts by using visual aids. Until now, teaching materials used in Public School for Children with special needs is only the book from the government which is still dominated by verbal information. This research aims to construct teaching material supported by augmented reality software (AR software) and webcam for achievement of basic mathematical competence of deaf students, with details as follows: (1) to describe design phase of angle teaching materials supported by AR software and webcam; (2) to describe the development phase of angle teaching materials supported by AR software and webcam; (3) to describe the result of the evaluation of angle teaching materials supported by AR software and webcam. This research uses the method of research and development (R&D) by adapting and modifying the steps of R&D used by Brog and Gall. The source of the data and information in this research is the deaf students of eight-grader deaf students on 2017/2018 academic year at one of the Public School for Children with special needs in Bandung. The result of this research are: (1) the design phase consists: research and information collection phase, planning phase, a preliminary design of product phase; (2) the development of a preliminary phase, consist of: AR software, preliminary field testing phase, the main product revision; (3) the evaluation results of the teaching materials supported by AR software and webcam for basic mathematical competence of deaf students is in very good category.
