520 |a Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan ekplanasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada guru ekonomi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Guru Ekonomi Se-Bandung Raya sebanyak 472 orang teknik propobability sampling proportional diperoleh 217 responden. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengalaman mengajar cenderung tinggi, sedangkan pelatihan, sarana dan prasarana, efikasi diri dan motivasi berada pada tingkatan cenderung rendah. Demikian pula dengan Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) guru cenderung rendah. Selanjutnya, pengalaman mengajar berpengaruh positif terhadap Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) guru, pelatihan berpengaruh positif terhadap Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) guru, sarana dan prasarana berpengaruh positif terhadap Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) guru, efikasi diri berpengaruh positif terhadap Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) guru, demikian motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) guru. Kata Kunci: Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi, Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge, Guru Ekonomi This research is motivated by the lack of teacher Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK). This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the Teacher's Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK). This research uses descriptive and explanatory methods with quantitative approaches. Data collection is done through distributing questionnaires to economics teachers. The population in this study were all economics teachers in Greater Bandung as many as 472 people with proportional propobability sampling technique obtained 217 respondents. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that teaching experience tended to be high, while training, facilities and infrastructure, self-efficacy and motivation were at a low level. Likewise, the Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) of teachers tends to be low. Furthermore, teaching experience has a positive effect on teacher's Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK), training has a positive effect on teacher's Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK), facilities and infrastructure have a positive effect on teacher's Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK), self-efficacy influences positive towards the Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) of teachers, thus motivation has a positive effect on the Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) of teachers.
