Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memverifikasi pengaruh pembiayaan bagi hasil, pembiayaan sewa menyewa, dan pembiayaan jual beli terhadap profitabilitas bank umum syariah (studi kasus pada bank umum syariah di Indonesia tahun 2012-2018). Pembiayaan bagi hasil dalam penelitian ini diukur dengan menggunakan total perolehan nisbah pembiayaan bagi hasil, pembiayaan sewa menyewa diukur dengan menggunakan total perolehan marjin pembiayaan sewa menyewa, pembiayaan jual beli diukur dengan menggunakan total perolehan marjin pembiayaan jual beli, sedangkan profitabilitas diukur menggunakan Return On Assets (ROA). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 49 data observasi dari 7 bank umum syariah di Indonesia tahun 2012-2018. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier multipel data panel dengan bantuan software Eviews 10. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian keberartian regresi (Uji F) menunjukkan bahwa model regresi dapat digunakan untuk mengambil kesimpulan. Sedangkan hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan bagi hasil tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, pembiayaan sewa menyewa tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, dan pembiayaan jual berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Kata kunci: pembiayaan bagi hasil, pembiayaan sewa menyewa, pembiayaan jual beli, profitabilitas This research aimed to verification the effect of profit sharing, rent financing, sale and purchase financing toward profitability of Islamic commercial bank (case study on islamic commercial bank in Indonesia 2012-2018). Profit sharing financing in this study is measured using total nisbah gain profit sharing financing, rent financing is measured using total margin gain rent financing, sale and purchase financing is measured using total margin gain sale and purchase financing, while profitability is measured using Return On Asset (ROA). The method of this research is used descriptive and verificative. The sample of this research is 49 observation data from 7 islamic banks in Indonesia during the period of 2012-2012). Method of data collecting in this research done by documentation technique. The statistical analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis of panel data with using Eviews 10 software. Based on the results of testing the significance of regression (F Test) shows that the regression model can be used to draw a conclusion. Meanwhile the results of the t test show that profit sharing have no effect to profitability, rent financing have no to profitability, sale and purchase financing has a positive significant effect to profitability.
