Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: (1) memperoleh jobsheet berbasis performance assessment (PA) yang dikembangkan sebagai media pembelajaran praktikum siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Kerja Bengkel Gambar Teknik (KBGT); (2) mengetahui kelayakan jobsheet berbasis PA yang dikembangkan; (3) mengetahui respon guru mata pelajaran produktif terhadap pengembangan jobsheet berbasis PA. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluation). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 guru mata pelajaran produktif SMK Negeri 4 Bandung, dan 2 guru Mata Pelajaran KBGT sebagai ahli materi yang menilai kelayakan jobsheet dilihat dari kesesuaian terhadap perangkat pembelajaran (Silabus & RPP) dan penilaian jobsheet berdasarkan aspek standar dari Badan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (BSNP). Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan (1) jobsheet berbasis PA untuk mata pelajaran KBGT memiliki aspek PA sebesar 81,55%; (2) hasil uji kelayakan yaitu kesesuaian terhadap silabus sebesar 87,5%, terhadap RPP 88,5% dan terhadap aspek BSNP sebesar 83,66%; (3) penilaian responden dari aspek kualitas isi, materi, bahasa, dan penilaian kinerja rata-rata sebesar 80,11%. Dengan demikian jobsheet berbasis PA telah berhasil dikembangkan dan dikategorikan sangat layak digunakan untuk Mata Pelajaran KBGT pada Materi Pembuatan PCB Manual. The purposes of this study are: (1) to acquire performance assessment (PA)-based jobsheet developed as practicum learning media of Technical Drawing for Workshop Activities (Kerja Bengkel Gambar Teknik =KBGT) subject, especially Manual PCB topic; (2) to find out the feasibility of the jobsheet; and (3) to find out the responses of teachers' productive subject to the jobsheet. The method used in this study is quantitative method with ADDIE approch. The subject of the study was 30 teachers' productive subject of SMK Negeri 4 Bandung and 2 teachers of KBGT subject as experts who evaluated the feasibility of the jobsheet based on the suitability to the syllabus and lesson plan as well as to the standard aspect of National Education Standards Agency (Badan Standar Nasional Pendidikan = BSNP). The results of the study showed that: (1) the josbheet developed had a PA aspect of 81.55%; (2) the jobsheet had the suitability to the syllabus, lesson plan and BNSP standard, namely: 87.5%, 87.5% and 83.66%, respectively; and (3) the average of teachers' responses to the content quality, materials, language, and PA of the jobsheet was 80,11%. It can be concluded that PA-based jobsheet has been successfully developed with a very suitable category for KBGT subject, especially Manual PCB topic.
