| Summary: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran Pengaruh Pendidikan Dan Pelatihan Calon Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kompetensi Supervisi Kepala Sekolah Dasar Kabupaten Purwakarta (Studi Tentang Diklat Calon Kepala Sekolah Tahun 2018 yang siselenggarakan oleh LPD UPI). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sensus atau penggunaan seluruh populasi karena populasi kurang dari 100 orang, yaitu dengan populasi sebanyak 56 orang. Berdasarkan pengolahan data yang dilakukan dengan perhitungan WMS (Weight Means Score) menunjukkan rata-rata kecenderungan umum untuk variabel Diklat Calon Kepala Sekolah dan variabel Kompetensi Supervisi Akademik Kepala Sekolah berada dalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil uji koefisien korelasi antara variabel X dan Variabel Y diperoleh hasil positif sebesar 0,473 yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel X dan variabel Y memiliki hubungan korelasi yang cukup kuat. Hasil uji signifikansi diperoleh hasil sebesar 3,949 > 1,673 yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel X dan variabel Y memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Hasil uji determinasi variabel X memberikan pengaruh kepada variabel Y sebesar 22,4% dan 77,6% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kemudian hasil uji regresi yang menunjukkan 58,049 + 0,473X, yang artinya bahwa setiap penambahan satu poin pada variabel X maka akan diikuti dengan perubahan variabel Y yaitu sebesar 0,473. Maka kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan dari Diklat Calon Kepala Sekolah dan variabel Kompetensi Supervisi Akademik Kepala Sekolah Dasar Kabupaten Purwakarta. Kata Kunci: Penyelenggaran Diklat Calon Kepala Sekolah, Kompetensi Supervisi Akademik This study aims to find out the effect of the Implementation of Education and Training of Principal Candidates for Improvement of the Competency of Supervision of Principals of Purwakarta Regency (Study of the 2018 Principal Candidate Education and Training held by LPD UPI). The research method used in this study is a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this study is the census technique or the use of the entire population because the population is less than 100 people, with a population of 56 people. Based on data processing performed by calculating the WMS (Weight Means Score) shows the average general tendency for the Operation variable Candidate Training for School Principals and Academic Supervision Competency Improvement variables for Principals are in the very good category Correlation coefficient test results between variables X and Y Variables obtained positive results of 0.473 which indicates that the variables X and Y have a fairly strong correlation relationship. Significance test results obtained were 3,949> 1,673 which showed that the variables X and Y had a significant effect. The test results of the determination of variable X give effect to the Y variable by 22.4% and the other 77.6% are influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Then the regression test results showed 58,049 0.473X, which means that each addition of one point to the variable X then it will be followed by changes in the variable Y that is equal to 0.473 Then the conclusion in this study is the Implementation of Candidate Training for School Principals and Improvement of Academic Supervision Competency for School Principals has a positive influence.
