Penelitian dilakukan pada bagian kredit di PT BPR Multidana Indonesia. Yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran tingkat kualitas standar operasional prosedur kredit pada bagian kredit, bagaimana gambaran efektivitas kerja karyawan dan adakah pengaruh standar operasional prosedur kredit terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan. Untuk menghasilkan kinerja yang optimal dan efektif maka perlu diterapkan standar operasional prosedur yang tepat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket dan teknik wawancara. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian populasi yang berjumlah 45 orang yang dijadikan responden. Teknik analisis data adalah teknik analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) kondisi standar operasional prosedur kredit pada bagian kredit PT BPR Multidana Indonesia ditunjukkan oleh hasil penelitian bahwa penerapan standar operasional prosedur yang terdiri atas efektif,konsisten,standar, dan sistematis berada pada kategori tinggi (2) Kondisi efektivitas kerja karyawan pada bagian kredit PT BPR Multidana Indonesia ditunjukkan oleh hasil penelitian bahwa tingkat efektivitas kerja karyawan yang diukur dari kualitas kerja, kuantitas kerja, dan pemanfaatan waktu berada pada kategori tinggi (3) Adanya pengaruh standar operasional prosedur kredit terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan pada bagian kredit PT BPR Multidana Indonesia ditunjukkan oleh hasil perhitungan dan hasil analisis data bahwa membawa pengaruh cukup baik terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan pada bagian kredit PT BPR Multidana Indonesia. Berdasarkan perhitungan pengujian hipotesis diperoleh Fhitung sebesar 10,5499 sedangkan Ftabel sebesar 4,0670 dengan tingkat kesalahan α= 0.05 ,artinya Fhitung > Ftabel (10,5499 > 4,0670). Maka H0 ditolak dan tentu saja H1 diterima. Abstract Research done on the part of credit in PT BPR Multidana Indonesia. That aims to find out how the image of the standard implementation of operational procedures of credit, how the of standard credits towards the effectiveness of the work of employees. To produce optimum performance and effective it needs to be applied to the appropriate standard operational procedures. A method of research used is research descriptive. The technique of collecting data who writers used in this research is poll and engineering interview. This research using research population which consisted of 45 people who was made of respondents. Engineering analysis of data is a technique regression analysis. The results showed : (1) the standard conditions of operational procedures on the kredit PT BPR Multidana Indonesia demonstrated by the results of the study that the application of standard operational procedure that consists of effective, consistent, standardized, systematic and are at a high category (2) effectiveness of conditions of work of employees in the PT BPR Multidana Indonesia demonstrated by the results of research that the effectiveness of the work of high category (3) of the influence of standard operational procedures for credittowards the effectiveness of the work of employees in the PT BPR Multidana Indonesia demonstrated by the results of the calculations and the results of data analysis that brings the influence of good enough againts the employee's effectiveness on the part of credit rating of PT BPR Multidana Indonesia. Calculation based on hypothesis testing obtained Fhitung of 10,5499 of 4,0670 Ftabel and to the level of errors α = 0,05, which means that Fhitung > Ftabel (10,5499 > 4,0670). Then H0 is rejected and of course the H1 is accepted.
