520 |a Because the Covid-19 pandemic resulted in the introduction of distance learning. QR-Video is a media that utilizes technology to provide a different learning experience because it can be used by anyone, anytime, and anywhere including Distance Learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the QR-Video design, its effectiveness in achieving students mathematical understanding abilities in responding to learning using the QR-Video. QR-Video development is done using Research and Development (R&D) methods with reference to ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The result from this study indicates that in designing QR-Video, several things must be considered, namely (1) The module must be relevant with the basic competencies, (2) There is an interactive between the module and the video, (3) The video learning contains main points of the learning materials (4) The texts inside the video can be read clearly and consistent. Seeing the results of the post-test and response questionnaires given, the QR-Video media is effective for achieving the mathematical understanding abilities of junior high school students and getting positive responses from students.. Suggestions for those who will develop this product should be developed in all subjects and all subject matter. Since there are still students who struggled with relational knowledge, therefore it is necessary to make further research in the future so that the knowledge can be improved.QR-Video at higher education can be developed with other types of videos such as vide teleconferencing.
