Masalah yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai kinerja mengajar guru. Inti kajian dalam penelitian ini difokuskan pada salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja mengajar guru yaitu kondisi lingkungan kerja. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh kondisi lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja mengajar guru. Penelitian ini terdiri atas dua variabel yaitu kondisi lingkungan kerja pada variabel X dan kinerja mengajar guru pada variabel Y. Teori yang digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teori atribusi dari Heider (1958). Teori ini menjelaskan bahwa kinerja merupakan hasil interaksi antara motivasi dan kemampuan. Variabel X dalam penelitian ini yakni kondisi lingkungan kerja berada pada faktor motivasi ekternal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode explanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara penyebaran angket, yang dianalisis menggunakan regresi sederhana. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi yang berjumlah 53 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan bahwa kondisi lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja mengajar guru di SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi. Abstract Issues were studied in this research is about teaching performance of teacher. Based on it, the purpose in this research is to find whether conditions of work environment have effect toward teaching performance of teacher. This research is consisted of two variables, conditions of work environment as a variable of X and teaching performance of teacher as a variable of Y. the theory that is used to solve the problem is the theory of the attribution from Heider (1958). This theory explains that the performance is the result of interactions between motivation and ability. Variable X in this research as conditions of work environment are on external motivation factor. The methods that used in this research is a method of explanatory survey. The technique to collect the data is gotten from the questioner that was analysis by a simple regression. Respondent is this research is all teachers at SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi which consisted of 53 people. The research result it is found that the conditions of work environment influential positive and significant on the teaching performance of teacher at SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi.
