Untuk menjalankan peranan tersebut, perpustakaan anak harus dapat memenuhi standar perpustakaan anak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi kesesuaian pengelolaan Pustakalana Children's Library dengan IFLA Guidelines for Library Services to Children Aged 0-18 years old. Evaluasi diukur berdasarkan enam aspek yaitu tenaga perpustakaan, kerjasama, koleksi, layanan, sarana dan prasarana, dan promosi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan ialah simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 97 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Penelitian ini terbatas untuk Pustakalana Children's Library sehingga tidak bisa digeneralisasi untuk seluruh perpustakaan anak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menurut pemustaka Pustakalana Children's Library sudah sangat sesuai dengan IFLA Guidelines for Library Services to Children Aged 0-18 years old. Secara lebih detail, hasil penelitian pada aspek tenaga perpustakaan memiliki presentase sebesar 87,41%, aspek kerjasama memiliki presentase sebesar 82,73%, aspek koleksi memiliki presentase sebesar 77,65%, aspek layanan memiliki presentase sebesar 89,28%, aspek sarana dan prasarana memiliki presentase sebesar 78,74%, dan aspek promosi memiliki presentase sebesar 78,69%; Children's libraries support and stimulate the establishing of children's literacy skill by providing reading materials and reading programs for children. To run this role, children's libraries must be able to meet the standards of the children's library. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the suitability of Pustakalana Children's Library management with IFLA Guidelines for Library Services to Children Aged 0-18 years old. The evaluation is measured based on six aspects: library staff, collaboration, collections, services, facilities and infrastructure, and promotion. This research used quantitative approach with descriptive method. The sampling technique used simple random sampling technique with 97 sample. Data collection technique used is by distributing questionnaires. This research is limited to Pustakalana Children's Library and can not be generalized to all children's library. Based on the results of this research, according to the users, Pustakalana Children's Library is in accordance with IFLA Guidelines for Library Services to Children Aged 0-18 years old. Specifically, the result of the library staff aspect had a percentage of 87,41%, collaboration aspect had a percentage of 82,73%, collection aspect had a percentage of 77,65%, services aspect had a percentage of 89,28%, facilities and infrastructure aspect had a percentage of 78,74%, and promotion aspect had a percentage of 78,69%.
