ABSTRAK Winny Wulandari Putri (1601939) "Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Motivasi Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Garut". Dibawah bimbingan Dr. Rofi Rofaida S.P., M.Si., dan Annisa Ciptagustia, SE., M.Si. Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah masih terdapat pegawai yang memiliki tingkat disiplin kerja yang rendah, hal ini ditandai dengan telatnya waktu masuk dan juga tidak hadir tanpa keterangan. Dari banyak nya faktor yang mempengaruhi disiplin kerja, yang menarik peneliti adalah gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi. Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Garut, merupakan unsur pelaksanaan pemerintah di bidang pariwisata dan kebudayaan, bertanggung jawab kepada Bupati melalui Sekretaris Daerah dengan tugas pokok melaksanakan kewenangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi dan disiplin kerja pegawai Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Garut, pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap disiplin kerja, pengaruh motivasi terhadap disiplin kerja, dan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi terhadap disiplin kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan populasi sejumlah 73 pegawai dan sampel 73 pegawai. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan serta menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji T dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukan gambaran gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi dan disiplin kerja pegawai Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Garut berada pada kategori tinggi. Perhitungan korelasi menunjukan, bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi terhadap disiplin kerja memiliki hubungan dengan klasifikasi tinggi. Dari hasil uji korelasi disiplin kerja berpengaruh dengan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi sebesar 63,7%. The problem discussed in this study is that there are still employees who have a low level of work discipline, this is indicated by late entry times and absences without information. Of the many factors that influence work discipline, what attracts researchers are transformational leadership styles and motivation. Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Garut, is an element of government implementation in the field of tourism and culture, is responsible to the Regent through the Regional Secretary with the main task of exercising authority. The purpose of this study is to find an overview of the transformational leadership style, motivation and work discipline of the Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Garut, the influence of transformational leadership styles on work discipline, the influence of motivation on work discipline, and the influence of transformational leadership styles and motivation on work discipline. This study uses descriptive and verification methods with a population of 73 employees and a sample of 73 employees. By using questionnaire data collection techniques and literature study and using saturated sampling techniques. The analysis technique used is the Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing uses the T test and F test. The results showed an overview of the transformational leadership style, motivation and work discipline of the Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kbaupaten Garut employees in the high category. The correlation calculation shows that transformational leadership style and motivation towards work discipline have a high classification relationship. From the results of the correlation test, work discipline has an effect on transformational leadership style and motivation by 63.7%.
