Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK PGRI 2 CIMAHI. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya kinerja guru di SMK PGRI 2 CIMAHI. Fokus kajiannya diarahkan pada factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru. Pengawasan dan disiplin merupakan factor yang diduga memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengkaji tiga variable yaitu pengawasan (X_1) disiplin kerja (X_2) dan kinerja guru (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 48 responden. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah guru di SMK PGRI 2 CIMAHI. Dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi ganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh bahwa pengaruh Pengawasan dan Disiplin Kerja berada pada kategori tinggi, dan Kinerja Guru berada pada kategori tinggi. Dari hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh hasil bahwa Pengawasan dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Guru secara simultan dan signifikan. THE INFLUENCE OF THE CONTROLLING AND WORK DISCIPLINE ON TEACHER PERFORMANCE IN SMK PGRI 2 CIMAHI By: Yoka Praba 1602460 This research based paper is supervised by: Drs. H. Alit Sarino, M.Si. This research was conducted at SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi. The problem examined in this study is that the teacher performance have not been optimal at the SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi. The primarily focused here is directed to factors affecting teacher job performance. controlling and work discipline are factors that affecting teacher's job performance. Therefore, it studied three variables, controlling (X_1), work discipline (X_2) and Teachers Job Performance (Y). This study uses a survey method with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The population in this study was 48 respondents. Respondents in this teacher at the SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi. And the data analysis technique used is multiple regression. Based on the result of the research it is found that controlling and work discipline is in the category of high, and teachers perfomence is in the high level. Hypothesis test results obtained that supervision and work discipline affect the teachers perfomence simultaneously and significantly
