ABSTRAK Keterampilan berpikir kritis dianggap sebagai keterampilan yang penting untuk dilatih dan dikembangkan dalam pembelajaran kimia. LKS praktikum berbasis inkuiri terbimbing adalah salah satu media yang diduga dapat berpotensi untuk mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi LKS praktikum berbasis inkuiri terbimbing pada topik identifikasi protein dalam bahan makanan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah LKS praktikum yang telah dikembangkan oleh Septianingsih (2018). Analisis dilakukan pada aspek kesesuaian antara tahapan inkuiri terbimbing dengan indikator keterampilan berpikir kritis, kesesuaian antara indikator keterampilan berpikir kritis dengan isi LKS dan potensi LKS untuk mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis yang diberi penilaian oleh tiga dosen Pendidikan Kimia dan dua guru kimia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesesuaian tahapan inkuiri terbimbing dengan indikator keterampilan berpikir kritis sangat baik, kesesuaian indikator keterampilan berpikir kritis dengan isi LKS sangat baik, serta LKS praktikum berbasis inkuiri terbimbing pada topik identifikasi protein dalam bahan makanan berpotensi untuk mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis pada indikator memberikan penjelasan sederhana, membangun keterampilan dasar, memberikan penjelasan lanjut, dan menyimpulkan. Kata Kunci: Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis, LKS Praktikum, Inkuiri Terbimbing, Identifikasi Protein ABSTRACT Critical thinking skills are considered as important skills to be trained and developed in chemistry learning. Guided inquiry-based of student lab-worksheets are one of the media that are thought to have the potential to develop critical thinking skills. This study aims to analyze the potential of guided inquiry-based of students lab-worksheets on the topic of protein identification in food ingredients to develop critical thinking skills. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The object of this research is the students lab-worksheets developed by Septianingsih (2018). The analysis was carried out on the suitability aspect of the guided inquiry stage with indicators of critical thinking skills, the suitability of indicators of critical thinking skills with the content of worksheets and the potential of worksheets to develop critical thinking skills which were assessed by three chemistry education lecturers and two chemistry teachers. The results showed that the suitability of guided inquiry stages with indicators of critical thinking skills was very good, the suitability of indicators of critical thinking skills with the content of worksheets was very good, and guided inquiry-based of student lab-worksheets on the topic of protein identification in food ingredients had the potential to develop critical thinking skills on indicators of elementary clarification, basic support, advanced clarification, and inference.
