Subjek penelitian ini yaitu ketua resource center, penanggung jawab bidang asesmen dan litbang di resource center, guru pembimbing khusus, kepala sekolah dan guru di tiga sekolah penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Resource Center SLBN Cicendo. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kondisi objektif program pelatihan di resource center SLBN Cicendo Kota Bandung belum optimal sebagaimana salah satu peran dan fungsinya sebagai pusat pelatihan. Berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan program pelatihan di resource center maka dibutuhkan program pelatihan program pembelajaran individual (PPI) di resource center SLBN Cicendo. Program pelatihan PPI telah dirumuskan melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu perancangan program, validasi program dan revisi terhadap program sehingga telah menghasilkan program pelatihan program pembelajaran individual (PPI) di resource center SLBN Cicendo. Tujuan dari program pelatihan ini yaitu optimalisasi peran, fungsi dan fokus pengembangan resource center SLBN Cicendo sebagai pusat pelatihan, peserta pada pelatihan ini yaitu guru-guru serta pihak terkait di sekolah inklusif di kota bandung. program pelatihan PPI ini diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru-guru di sekolah inklusif dalam menyusun PPI. The aim of this research is to design an individualized educational program (IEP) training program at the SLBN Cicendo resource center. The subjects of this study were the head of the resource center, the coordinator of the assessment and research and development sector at the resource center, special education teacher, principals and teachers in three schools that provide inclusive education in Bandung. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. This research was conducted at the SLBN Cicendo Resource Center. The results obtained that the objective conditions of the training program at the SLBN Cicendo resource center are not yet optimal as one of its roles and functions as a training center. Based on the analysis of training program needs at resource centers, an individualized educational program (IEP) training program is needed at the SLBN Cicendo resource center. The IEP training program has been formulated through several stages, namely program design, program validation and revision of the program so that it has produced an individualized educational program (IEP) training program at the SLBN Cicendo resource center. The purpose of this training program is to optimize the role, function and focus of developing the SLBN Cicendo's resource center as a training center, participants in this training are teachers and related parties in inclusive schools in Bandung city. The IEP training program is expected to help improve the understanding and skills of teachers in inclusive schools in preparing the IEP.
