Pandemi tersebut menyebabkan physical distancing yang mengharuskan seluruh aspek kehidupan mengalami perubahan termasuk aspek pendidikan. Meskipun pembelajaran dilaksanakan melalui daring, Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini harus tetap menjadi fondasi bagi seluruh aspek dalam tumbuh kembang manusia, termasuk kecerdasan majemuk yang dikenalkan oleh Howard Gardner. Kecerdasan majemuk terdapat berbagai jenis, salah satunya keterampilan interpersonal. Keterampilan interpersonal adalah suatu keterampilan seseorang terhadap orang lain, termasuk kemampuan untuk menyelesaikan masalah sehari-hari dan menyelesaikan persoalan baru yang dihadapi serta kemampuan dalam menciptakan sesuatu yang menimbulkan penghargaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring serta pengaruh pembelajaran daring terhadap keterampilan interpersonal anak usia dini. Dari penelitian, ditemukan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring dirasa kurang efektif karena pemberian informasi oleh guru yang dirasa kurang jelas, serta orang tua yang yang sibuk dalam menemani anak melaksanakan pembelajaran daring serta anak dan orang tua yang kurang menikmati pembelajaran daring. Kemudian berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa pembelajaran daring mempengaruhi keterampilan interpersonal anak usia dini secara negatif, seperti anak tidak dapat mengasah kemampuan interaksi dengan teman sebayanya. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor. Bahkan terkadang pembelajaran dilakukan hanya dengan orang tua karena guru tidak memberi materi pembelajaran secara virtual, dan hanya melakukan pemberian tugas. ----- This research is based on a problem when all countries in the world experienced a pandemic caused by the Covid-19 virus. The pandemic caused people to do physical distancing which requires all aspects in life changing including the aspects of education. All aspects of education are carried out remotely using online technology, including the early childhood education. Although learning is carried out by online learning, early childhood education remains the foundation for all aspects of human development, including the multiple intelligences introduced by Howard Gardner. There are various types of multiple intelligences; one of the multiple intelligences is called as interpersonal skill. Interpersonal skills are the skills that possessed by a person toward other people, including the ability to solve daily problems and to solve new faced problems and the ability to create something which forms an appreciation. Good interpersonal skills cannot be separated by the roles of both parents and teachers in schools. The purpose of this study is to determine the opinion from the respondent regarding to the implementation of online learning and the effect of online learning on interpersonal skills of the early childhood. From this research, it was found that the implementation of online learning was less effective due to the information that provided by teachers that were unclear, as well as the parents who were busy to accompany their children carrying out the onlinebased learning process and also children and parents who did not enjoy the online learning. In addition, it was found that online learning affects interpersonal skills of early childhood. Thus, online learning is quite influencing the interpersonal skills of early childhood in several ways, such as children who are not being able to sharpen their ability to interact with their peers. That happens because when learning online, children interact with parents and teachers only. In fact, sometimes learning is carried out only with parents because the teacher does not provide the learning material virtually, and only give the assignments.
