Keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi merupakan keterampilan yang penting untuk dimiliki oleh generasi abad-21. Salah satu keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi yang perlu dikuasai siswa di sekolah yaitu keterampilan berpikir kreatif. Untuk menghasilkan siswa yang memiliki keterampilan berpikir kreatif perlu di latih dengan pembiasaan dalam proses belajar mengajar dan pengerjaan soal-soal berpikir kreatif untuk dapat memecahkan permasalahan pada pembelajaran IPA. Namun berdasarkan sejumlah penelitian yang dilakukan pelaksanaannya butir soal IPA masih banyak yang tidak memenuhi kriteria berpikir tingkat tinggi terutama berpikir kreatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji mengenai kesesuaian soal IPA kelas V pada buku ESPS berdasarkan indikator berpikir kreatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Content Analysis. Sumber data penelitian yaitu butir soal yang terdapat dalam buku ESPS IPA kelas V revisi kurikulum 2013. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa sudah terdapat kesesuaian indikator berpikir kreatif pada butir soal IPA sebanyak 50% (27 butir soal) dari 54 butir soal esai yang dianalisis. Pada hasil analisis ditemukan sebanyak 9 butir soal (33,3%) yang memenuhi indikator berpikir lancar, 14 butir soal (51,85%) yang memenuhi indikator berpikir luwes, 2 butir soal (7,4%) yang memenuhi indikator berpikir orisinal, dan 8 butir soal (29,6%) yang memenuhi indikator berpikir memerinci. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sudah terdapat kesesuaian butir soal IPA dengan indikator berpikir kreatif. ----- Higher order thinking skills are important skills for the generation of the 21th century. One of the higher order thinking skills that students need to master in schools is creative thinking skills. To produce students who have creative thinking skills, it is necessary to train them with habituation in the teaching and learning process and work on creative thinking problems in order to solve problems in science learning. However, based on a number of studies carried out, there are still many science items that do not meet the criteria for higher order thinking, especially creative thinking. This research aims to examine the suitability of 5th grade science questions in the ESPS book based on indicators of creative thinking. The research method used is content analysis. The research data source is the questions contained in the ESPS IPA book for 5th grade of the 2013 curriculum revision. Based on the results of data analysis, the conclusion of this research states that there is an appropiate indikator of creative thinking on IPA as many as 27 questions (50%) of the 54 questions analyzed. In the analysis, it was found that 9 questions (33,3%) met the indicators of fluency thinking, 14 questions (51,85%) met the indicators of flexible thinking, 2 questions (7,4%) met the indicators of original thinking, Ana 8 questions (29,6%) met the indicators of elaboration thinking.
