Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Bandung Wilayah 4, yang masih kurang dari Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi dengan iklim sekolah sebagai variabel moderator. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey eksplanatori dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IIS SMA Negeri Kabupaten Bandung Wilayah 4 yang berjumlah 813 siswa. Dengan teknik penarikan sampel solvin diperoleh 268 siswa sebagai sampel penelitian. Data yang telah terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan variabel moderator. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (i) displin belajar berada pada kategori moderat; iklim sekolah berada pada kategori tinggi; dan rata-rata hasil belajar sebagian besar siswa berada di bawah KKM. (ii) disiplin belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat hasil belajar;(iii) iklim sekolah tidak berpengaruh memoderasi terhadap pengaruh disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bahwa untuk meningkat hasil belajar diperlukan disiplin belajar dan iklim sekolah yang baik. Kata Kunci: Disiplin belajar, Iklim Sekolah, Hasil Belajar This research is motivated by the still low learning outcomes of high school students in the City of Bandung District Region 4, which is still less than the Minimum guidance criteria (KKM). The study aims to know and analyse the influence of discipline in learning the outcomes of students ' learning in economic subjects with the school climate as a moderator. The method used is an exploitation survey with data collection techniques through the questionnaire. The population in this study is all students of the class XI IS SMA Negeri Bandung District Region 4 which amounts to 813 students. With Solvin sample withdrawal techniques obtained 268 students as samples of research. The accumulated Data is further analyzed by using multiple regression analyses with the variable moderator. The results showed that: (i) displinating studies are in moderate category; The school's climate is in highcategory; and the average learning outcomes of most students are under the kkm. (ii) learning discipline is positive and significant to the level of learning outcomes; (iii) The School's climate has no effect in moderate to the influence of disciplinary learning on learning outcomes. These findings give implications that to increase the outcome of learning required discipline and a good school climate. Keywords: Learning Discipline, School Climate, Learning Outcomes
