520 |a Penelitian ini berdasarkan belum adanya instrumen pengukuran yang dilakukan dalam mengukur perkembangan sosial-emosional anak usia 3-4 tahun di day care Daarut Tauhiid. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan instrumen pengukuran, pengembangan instrumen pengukuran perkembangan sosial-emosional anak, dan melakukan expert judgment. Metode penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu Research and Development (R&D) dengan model penelitian, yaitu PPE yang meliputi Planning, Production, dan Evaluation. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara dan validasi expert judgment. Partisipan penelitian ini, yaitu ahli pengukuran dari akademisi, ahli materi bidang keahlian, dan pengelola day care. Hasil validasi pada struktur instrumen dan aspek pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa instrumen pengukuran yang dibuat sangat layak sehingga instrumen pengukuran dapat digunakan di childcare atau day care. Hasil penelitian direkomendasikan pada pengelola childcare atau day care bahwa instrumen pengukuran yang telah divalidasi oleh para ahli dapat diimplementasi menjadi panduan atau acuan saat mengukur perkembangan sosial-emosional anak usia 3-4 tahun dan dapat menjadi salah satu rules model dalam pembuatan instrumen pengukuran perkembangan sosial-emosional anak usia 3-4 tahun serta bagi peneliti selanjutnya dapat dilakukan penelitian pada variabel atau ruang lingkup masalah penelitian, yaitu uji coba instrumen pengukuran, implementasi instrumen pengukuran, dan efektivitas penerapan instrumen pengukuran perkembangan sosial-emosional anak usia 3-4 tahun berbasis home-based childcare. This research aims to analyze the needs of measuring instruments, the development of measuring instruments of children's social-emotional development, and expert judgment. The results of the study are recommended in childcare managers or daycare that the measuring instruments that have been validated by experts can be implemented as guidance or reference when measuring the social-emotional development of children aged 3-4 years and can be one of the rules models in the creation of the social-emotional development measuring instruments of children aged 3-4 years and for researchers can then research the scope of research problems, i.e. measuring instrument testing, implementation of measuring instruments, and the effectiveness of implementing social-emotional development measuring instruments children aged 3-4 years based on home-based childcare.
