Summary:Abstrak: Perilaku bullying kini bisa ditemukan dimanapun, baik itu di lingkungan keluarga, di lingkungan masyarakat, di lingkungan kerja, hingga yang paling umum terjadi adalah di lingkungan sekolah. Sekolah merupakan tempat utama bagi siswa untuk mengaktualisasikan dirinya, namun ketika bullying menjadi fenomena yang semakin menjamur di sekolah, rasa ketidaknyamananpun kerap muncul pada diri siswa sehingga menghambat siswa untuk mengaktualisasikan minat dan bakatnya di sekolah. Upaya guru PPKn serta pihak sekolah sangat diperlukan dalam mengatasi bullying. Tentunya guru PPKn serta pihak sekolah pasti memiliki upaya dan program yang dianggap mampu dalam mengatasi bullying. Maka dari pada itu, peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan tentang upaya guru PPKn dalam mengatasi bullying di SMA Negeri 1 Beber. Pendekatan penelitian yang dipilih peneliti ialah pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode penelitian studi deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian dan verifikasi data. Pengecekan kevalidan data dilakukan dengan cara perpanjangan pengamatan, meningkatkan ketekunan, triangulasi serta menggunakan referensi yang cukup. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian upaya yang dilakukan guru dan pihak sekolah dalam mengatasi bullying yaitu melalukan pendekatan persuasi secara terus menerus, melalukan kerja sama dengan orang tua murid, dan lembaga terkait. Abstract: Nowadays bullying behavior can be found anywhere, such as in family environment, in the community, in the workplace, and the most common is in the school environment. School is the main place for students to actualize themselves, but when bullying becomes a phenomenon that is increasingly mushrooming in schools, a sense of discomfort often arises for some students, preventing students from actualizing their interests and talents at school. The efforts of Civic Education teachers and schools are very much needed for resolve the bullying. Of course, Civic Education teachers and schools must have efforts and programs that are considered capable of dealing with bullying. Therefore, researchers are interested in investigating the efforts of Civic Education teachers for resolve the bullying at SMA Negeri 1 Beber. The research approach chosen by the researcher is a qualitative research approach with a descriptive study research method. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation study. Data were analyzed by data collection, data reduction, presentation and data verification. Data validity checks were carried out by extending observations, increasing persistence, triangulation and using sufficient references. Based on the results of the research, the efforts made by the teacher and the school for resolve the bullying, namely by using a persuasion approach continuously, collaborating with the parents of students and related institutions.
